Historical Translation request

I found someone selling this hanging scroll. Apparently it is supposed to be part of a poem, and I would like to know what it means. To any willing translators, thank you :)

隆冬十二月 It's the midwinter of the 12th month (of the Chinese calendar)

寒風西北吹 Bitter wind blowing from the northwest

獨有梅花落 There's only plum blossom in the wind

飄蕩不依枝 Flying, not on a branch.

Should be a poem 梅花落 "Plum Blossom Falling" by 吴均 Wu Jun (469-520 AD) but the first character should be "终" instead of "隆". Could be a mistake by the calligrapher.

落 in the third verse is replaced by 影

Signature should be 樂天書 (written by Letian), seals read 崔傑 (Cui Jie) and 樂天 (Letian).

Thank both of you for translating and verifying it is, in fact, a poem haha :)
