Is this a scam because the price is too low for it?

The ads was posted as a private seller but when I contacted him, it turned out he seems to be a dealer.
He said that he was the second owner but when I bought the VicRoads report of this car then the report shown that this car only have 1 owner. Not sure if a dealer acquires a car then the number of owner in the VicRoads report will increase or remain unchanged? One thing I am pretty sure is the VicRoads report should have a record of transfer but I did not see any in the report. Although the VicRoads report & PPSR check result is really good, no stolen, no written off, no finance debt, RWC passed and just expired recently.
Additionally, he could not find how to download his Certificate of Registration which should prove his ownership of the car. Next, I asked how to prove the ownership, he said that we can do the transfer at VicRoads office and VicRoads can prove the ownership under his company. I guess he is a dealer but try to sell a car as a private seller to avoid warranty policy.
Anyway I just want to share my experience in this situation for people because I decided to quit this car. Welcome any discussions.

2010 Ford F-150 Platinum 196K KM, $14K CAD, thoughts?

Looking to get a new, reliable, somewhat off-road capable daily that can take me on a 2000km roundtrip next summer.
Looking at leasing a new vehicle but would much prefer finding a gem and I came across this. Not too knowledgeable on cars in general so please help me decide if I should even check this car out on person or keep looking.

Is it a smart idea to buy this 2007 Acura TL?
Just saw this car pop up on my marketplace and i’ve been looking for a clean acura TL or TSX as a new beater to replace my civic.
I can definitely afford the car i just know nothing about Acuras except for the TL’s are pretty reliable (from what i’ve looked up) mostly see other marketplace listings with 250,000+ miles on them.
i’ve done some research and everything is pointing to just buying it as my new daily. i only drive 80 miles a week (to work and back) so not many miles will be put on the vehicle. Mainly looking for a new beater and a vehicle i can drive to do other things then go to work that will keep me from putting miles on the wife’s car.
main issue with my civic now especially that winter is coming very soon is that my heat doesn’t really work until i’m driving the car. which makes it really difficult to get the car ready to go to work every morning.
the Civic doesn’t look like it will last much longer either the motors tired and the trans is starting to shift rougher, but even if it does it will most likely need some work done to it before next year. like getting the breaking system overhauled and new wheel bearings.
so yea just looking for some opinions, ideas, input and some insight on this idea.
