I'm not going to say why I should deserve mod, but instead going to ask if I were a mod, can I still post shitposts?

i would like to be mod , i have 10 years of experience in moderating a public discord server with over 10000 people , i now would like a career change and become a pro reddit mod , it would also serve as a great pearl in my resume which would further help in my life.

Honest question I'm genuinely curious how you utilize this experience to your advantage, professionally? For me it's non-standard yet relevant experience with respect to skills today.

I have mod experience on r/tomodachilife and am also looking for more experience. The subs are similar size and I think it could work out.

I think I'm a great choice for mod! I allways respect communities with niceness and am on super frequently!

I usually spend an hour or two a day scrolling through here. if I become a mod all I have to do is remove the ones that violate the rules.

I moderate r/PhoenixSC, a subreddit in the top 1% of Reddit (231k members) and would like to moderate one or two more subreddits.
