Female fronted alternative rock band “Purple Negative” from Latvia releases a new single “Swimmer” along with an animated music video.

“Swimmer” is a melancholic alternative rock ballad that tells an emotional story of seeking comfort and healing in bodies of water in the aftermath of physical and emotional pain - heartbreak and sports injuries. Experimental, violin bowed guitar textures intertwine with acoustic guitar, creating a fresh, previously unheard of sound to Purple Negative’s musical identity.
