He's a legendary french player, if anyone is curious there is this really really hype FT10 he did a long time ago against Hayao (insane japanese Hugo) where it's really neck neck, which says a lot about his skill

Otana the red urien. My toxic trait think i can beat hiim.hes very good but his playstyle is not very impessive. He doesnt miss confirm though.A real machine. His ken rely too much on side switch target combos.i think wapudneem is better.

Yes! That's Otana (duh), he's an OG. He used to main Urien, but now plays Ken and is in amazing form. I've played him many times and lost almost all of them :) He's particularly good at whiff punishing normals with SA3, so you don't even dare to press any buttons lol.
He's definitely one of the best European players of all time. I see he's #1 on FC right now, but there are other players some might consider even stronger (e.g. Niabanh, Makoto player) who simply don't play online or grind very much.
With that said, here is Otana winning HFS in France this year versus Ushi, a Japanese Yun beast: https://youtu.be/7aFwNmSHHzA?si=WNg6FMiof28Zlz_G&t=4346
At this moment I don't think there is any other European player in better shape. I feel like a lot of 3s skill is temporary. You have to really play it for long periods to reach your max level. Taking a break for even a week or two quickly diminishes your strength.
