i Have a Whoopsie What’d I do wrong?
Loaded this 25-06, would chamber but bolt won’t close and the extractor doesn’t even pull it. Had to stick a cleaning rod down my barrel to get it out
Is it just not sized properly? Rounds do fit in the internal mag.

Parker-Hale Mauser 98 action for sure. I forget the importer It’s something American something. But as others said load from the magazine. If it won’t chamber a round then check your cartridges.

I love my Parker Hale, I have a 1700C Safari grade in 300 Win Mag. OP's looks like a 1200 Safari grade, it's not a C because of the internal magazine.

The 3 most common causes are sticking the bullet (too long), sticking the shoulder (improper die setup), and sticking the body (not FL sizing)

Assuming that you are loading them like normal from the magazine and the rim is getting captured in the claw ejector ( most mausers don’t single feed). My guess would be headspace I don’t see marks from the lands. Are you full resizing?

Sadly, I've learned a lot from my mistakes when something doesn't want to chamber. Here's what I did to fix it: adjust COAL so that it's within spec, don't crimp those rounds (they don't appear to have a cannalure) and, maybe also make sure the headspace is properly set? Throughout the reloading process, take a case or two and check it in your chamber. If you can chamber for all but the bullet seating step, that'll be your culprit.

You might need to invest in one of these: https://www.precisionreloading.com/cart.php#!l=WIL&i=CG2506

Controlled round feed action extractor not snapping over on bolt closure? Load them into the magazine and then use the bolt to strip the rounds off and chamber them. Did you full length resize them or just neck size? Was this brass fired in this rifle previously? Those are important pieces of info to figure out the problem. Full length size any brass that is from a different gun.

Was this new brass, used brass from elsewhere, or was it brass fired in only that rifle?

How are you resizing your brass? It sounds like you didn’t bump your shoulder enough

Before you do anything at the range when reloading the safety steps that I follow are:
-
After sizing a piece of brass, no primer, throw it into the chamber and see if the bolt closes. If it does, fantastic. If not, make sure your sizing die is either a full length or neck size only. Make sure position of die is correct. If neck size only, this isnt your fired Brass proceed to full size.
-
If loading for precision and getting the seating as close to the lands as possible always load a dummy round with no primer to check for proper seating depth.
-
Always use o-give as the measurement as OAL may vary due to projectile tip inconsistencies.
-
If not loading for precision get the reloader's book either from Lyman and make sure your seating depth and brass measurements are correct as per SAMMI spec for the caliber you are using.
If all these steps are taken, for the most part the bolt closing will no longer be an issue and if powder measurements are correct/safe as per caliber specifications.
Please consult the reloading book for everything, this is just a response to safety steps I personally take to make sure ammo is safe to yeet

Need more info. New brass or old? FL sized or neck sized? If just neck sized was brass from this gun? Do you have a dummy cartridge for this bullet and rough die set up? I’m guessing you are too long which means your die is set incorrectly.

Since I don't see other people commenting this, you get a marker and ink up the whole cartridge and then attempt to load it from the magazine. The rub points will show wherever it is tight.

if i zoom in I can see a very heavy crimp, 98% of rifle round do not need a cramp.
The necks look deform from over crimping start there
And you have oil dents, you used to much oil or you need to clean out the die vent

You seem to have a Mauser-style action with a fixed extractor. If you drop the cartridge directly into the chamber the extractor can't slip over the case bottom. This causes the bolt to not close completely. Also the cartridge doesn't get pulled out either.
If this is what you have done, try putting the rounds into your magazine and then close the bolt. The bolt should push the round into the chamber with the extractor at the right place.
If this isn't the problem your case length isn't right or the bullet isn't seated deep enough.
