I remember hearing a song and I can’t find it anywhere. The only lyrics I Know Are: “ me and Sandy down by the schoolyard” does anybody recognize these lyrics or know this song I’m talking about??

Hola, me encanta esta canción, pero hablo español. ¿Alguien podría escribirme la letra?

Se lo agradecería mucho.

The single was released in 1990 from the album Labour of Love II, which was released in November 1989.

Some of my favorite artists are from there and I keep discovering more. Im sure everybody knows Alpha Blondy and Tiken Jah Fakoly.
But there is also:

Larry Cheick
Serges Kassy
Ismaël Isaac
Beta Simon
Jim Kamson
Issa Sanogo
Kajeem

Tons more I haven’t listened to yet personally. Its a fun rabbit hole to explore if you haven’t!!

One of my better blind purchases. Dancehall with plenty of dub happening as well. Was pleasantly surprised to see Scientist in the credits as one of the engineers.
