I built react-native-nitro-audio-player - Blazing fast audio player powered by Nitro Modules!

Handling background audio and lock-screen controls in React Native has always been complex.

Features:

  • Stream from remote URL + Offline/Local playback

  • Native lock-screen & notification controls

  • Background playback with Foreground Service on Android

  • Full metadata support (Title, Artist, Artwork)

  • Built on Nitro Modules for fast bridge

Note: Currently iOS is not working / under development. Android fully working.
