First I am not looking for attention or any kind of relationship
When I say I am alone, I really mean it. I have received so many messages and many accusations too I don't even have the energy to reply or talk to people ,I live a double life, and this is tiring. It makes you stop talking to the people around you because they see you differently from who you really are
I started losing control of everything around me
Looking for people into sports and running in Rabat or sale I'm 19y and I'm guy!

I'm traveling next week from Marrakrsh to Fes and have 2 days in the middle to spend somewhere.
I will be passing through Casa and Rabat with the train anyway. Shall I spend 2 days only in Casa, or 2 days in Rabat, or split?
Solo M35 and happy to have coffee or hang out with anyone open for it.
شكرا

I’ve always loved playing with colors, typography, and textures to turn an idea in my head into something tangible. It’s like graphic design, but with my hands.
I’ve also always loved taking pictures and keeping little pieces of my life that I know I’ll want to look back on someday. And somewhere along the way, scrapbooking became the perfect way to bring those two things together.
Lately, I’ve also been thinking about how hard it can be to meet new people and build genuine connections. So I thought, why not combine the two? Creating things and creating opportunities for people to connect.
That’s how **ScrapMemo** came to life. I wanted to create small artistic workshops centered around memory keeping, where people can spend a few hours making something personal, discovering their creativity, and hopefully meeting people along the way.
I’m hosting my very first workshop this Saturday, October, 31st in Rabat, it will be autumn-themed, where we’ll create our own little memory books inspired by the season, filled with cozy colors, and the little things that make autumn special.
It feels a little surreal to finally share something that started as a personal passion. For now, we’ll be gathering around café tables, making little memory books together. Maybe one day, it’ll grow into a space of its own.
For now, I’m just happy to see where this takes me. Wish me luck!

Hi everyone,
I'm currently facing a bit of a dilemma and would appreciate some outside perspectives.
I'm 26 years old, and my family has been encouraging me to buy a house. We recently found what seems like a decent deal in Rabat. It's an older house that needs renovation, so the plan would be for me to take out a mortgage to purchase it, while my family would help cover the renovation costs.
For context, I've been working in the public sector for a little over two years now, earning around 10,000 MAD per month, plus approximately 12,000 MAD in annual bonuses. I also have around 70,000 MAD in savings.
Here's where I'm hesitant: I'm considering changing jobs within the next three years, possibly even sooner if a good opportunity comes along. I'm worried that taking on a mortgage at this stage of my life would tie me down and limit my ability to pursue opportunities elsewhere, whether in another city or even abroad.
On the other hand, I know that owning a house at my age could be a great long-term investment, especially with my family's willingness to help with the renovations.
I guess my biggest fear is sacrificing my flexibility and financial freedom too early, especially when I'm not entirely sure where my career will take me.
Am I overthinking this, or are my concerns justified? Should I just ntwakal 3la Allah and go for it?
I'd really appreciate hearing from people who've been in a similar situation, especially those who bought property young or had to balance homeownership with career opportunities.
Also, if anyone has advice or experience with government assistance programs for first-time homebuyers in Morocco, particularly for purchasing older properties, I'd love to hear about it. Any tips on financial aid, subsidized loans, or other benefits I might be eligible for would be greatly appreciated.

I honestly need to get some things off my chest and organize my thoughts because I feel like I’m ruining my own life. I’m not trying to be pessimistic, but I feel like I’m very aware of my reality, and that’s exactly what scares me.
It’s almost November, and I feel like I’ve made zero progress. I haven’t done much academically, I haven’t made any real progress on my research.. and I spend so much of my free time doing absolutely nothing. The worst part is that I KNOW I have time. I just don’t know what’s wrong with me.
For some context, I’m currently in my sixth year of uni overall. And honestly I feel like I’ve wasted so much of my time.
The truth is that procrastination has seriously affected my academic life. My grades haven’t been as good as I wanted them to be, and I feel like I’ve gotten worse over the years instead of improving. I’ve forgotten so much of what I learned in my field of study, including basic concepts and major theories… Sometimes I genuinely wonder what I’ve been doing all these years.
And here’s the embarrassing part: I think I’ve been fooling myself about my academic abilities for years. My exam preparation strategy has basically been to memorize information without really trying to understand it, then reproduce it during the exam. I wasn’t genuinely trying to build a solid understanding of the material or develop real, lasting knowledge.
I’ve always known that this wasn’t a good way to study, but I kept doing it anyway because it helped me pass exams. Now, I feel like I’m facing the consequences. I have a degree of academic progress on paper, but I don’t feel like I have the knowledge and skills that should come with it.
Now I’m facing the future, and I’m scared. Finding a job.. My main goal is to pursue a PhD. I’m deeply attached to that idea
I need a solid understanding of my field, a good grasp of research methodology, the ability to read and understand scientific papers, and the confidence to present and defend my ideas. I also need to develop a good research project..
And honestly, I feel so far behind.
The pressure is even worse because I’ve talked about pursuing a PhD so much that my family and friends already expect me to do it. I’ve always been vocal about this goal, and now I feel like I HAVE to make it happen
But I also know that I’m the one who got myself into this situation. Nobody forced me to procrastinate. Nobody stopped me from learning, reading, or improving my knowledge. I had time, and I wasted so much of it.
The thing is, I don’t want to spend another year feeling sorry for myself. I want to wake up, take responsibility, and actually change.
I still have some time. My semester exams are at the end of January, my thesis defense is in June, and doctoral admission exams are around September. If I start taking things seriously now, I believe I can make significant progress before then.
But I don’t know where to start, and I’m afraid of falling back into the same cycle: getting motivated, making an ambitious plan, following it for a few days, and then procrastinating again.
I know I can’t change the past, but I can still do something about the time I have left.

I used to skateboard a lot, but unfortunately I broke my leg in 2023 while trying to land a flip trick, and I haven’t been on a board since.
Lately, Ive really been missing skating, especially just cruising around on a longboard with music by the coast. I’d love to get back into it, but I don’t currently have a board of my own, and none of my friends skate.
I was wondering if anyone in Rabat knows a place where I could rent a skateboard or longboard, borrow one for a session, or even pay someone a small amount to use theirs for a little while.
I’m not necessarily looking to buy one right now. I just want to get back on a board and enjoy skating again.
If anyone knows a local skate community, a place that offers rentals, or someone who might be willing to help, I’d really appreciate it

Heyyy 👋
I’d like to meet some people who share similar interests and enjoy having genuine conversations.
I’m into psychology, philosophy, geopolitics, human nature, true crime, science, fantasy books, spirituality (I’m non-religious), fragrances, spirituality and pretty much anything interesting enough to send me down a rabbit hole.
I enjoy exchanging ideas, discovering new perspectives, talking about random things, and going from deep conversations to laughing about something completely stupid 😂
I’d also love to have some genuine, supportive people around people who can be themselves, support each other, and just enjoy having a good connection.
If any of this sounds like you, feel free to say hey
