Shadowing Shadowing Forms

Instead of making the PA you shadow sign like 10 forms, is it usually acceptable to have them verify hours with a general form or maybe sign something on official letterhead?

Mine just wrote like a paragraph saying the hours and dates, general description of what I observed (urgent care environment, patient work up, interpreting test results, diagnosis, charting, minor procedures) and that I was professional and a pleasure to host. She did it on official letterhead, included her credentials and contact info, and of course a signature. I haven’t had any programs say this was a problem

It depends on what the programs require.
