Pinellas County Commissioners are up for re-election: Kathleen Peters and Brian Scott.

Don't believe them when they say they are against over- development. All the while they are taking money from developers. The same with the Saint Petersburg mayor Welch. Early voting is very important, leading up to November 3rd.

Get out and vote.

I recently just moved to the Clearwater area and was wondering if anyone knows of any bars with a chill enough atmosphere where I could bring my laptop and get some homework done. Ideally anywhere from Palm Harbor to the Largo area

My AC is from 2012, and over the past three years, I’ve had to deal with a different issue almost every year. First it was the blower motor, then a capacitor, and last year a leaking coil that was repaired. Two different HVAC companies have recommended replacing the system, but both times, the suggestion came before they showed me any measurements or explained their reasoning.

I am not against replacing it if that’s genuinely the better option. I just want someone who can walk me through the actual test results and explain whether another repair makes financial sense, even if it only gets me through a couple more summers.

Can anyone recommend a trustworthy HVAC company in Clearwater that takes the time to explain the options instead of immediately pushing for a new system?

Time to vote these two out of office. Pinellas County lost population because it is too expensive to buy a home or even live here. They are beholden to developers.
