Trivia After his 2 HR night tonight, Kyle Schwarber is the fastest player ever to hit 20 HR.
The previous record was held by Luis Gonzalez, who hit his 20th HR on May 17th, 2001
Edit: As has been pointed out, the wording of the title is a little misleading. Should say, "Earliest," in terms of date. Gonzalez hit 20 HR in fewer games played.

Trivia May 1, 1883: The Phillies' first ever game. They lost 4-3. No box score survives.
This is different than the Philadelphia Athletics. These are the Phillies, but in 1883. At this time, they were both known as the Phillies and the Quakers.
This makes the Phillies the oldest team in MLB that has not changed cities or names!

Trivia Highest TV rating for a World Series game
I was curious what the record was and it turns out it's game 6 of the 1980 series when the Phillies beat the Royals for their first WS championship.
A 40.0 rating and a 60 share. Baseball used to be #1 in the US.

Trivia Ryan Howard's career WAR is only 14.5(?!?)
Now I know WAR is not the most popular metric and being a defensive liability definitely dragged his number down, but 14.5? For comparison, Utley was 64.6 and Rollins was 47.9.
The year that Howard won the MVP, his WAR was 5.2 and the 2nd place guy, some guy named Pujols, was 8.5.
Last season, Trea had the high WAR for non-pitchers at 5.4 and Sanchez was top overall at 8.0.
