Looking for a new friend. I have done plenty of research and am going to get a cage/setup together in the next month or month and a half. Looking to adopt an English budgie in central Texas area around Waco or Austin. Let me know if any of you know any breeders in the area. I do plan on getting a second one eventually but would like to train/bond with #1 first and then add a friend
