Identification Help!

Anyone know what theese little buggers are and how to get rid of them? It's been months. North east USA. Have multiple glue boards hanging as well as bug zappers. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Difficult to say with how zoomed out/low quality the actual specimens are in the image, but I would lean fruit flies. You need to figure out where they're breeding and stop them from doing so, rather than setting up a bunch of traps that treat the symptoms without treating the cause.

looks like carpet beetles to me had the same issue last winter. the larvae are the real problem they eat anything organic not just carpets, wool, pet hair, dead skin, all that

vacuum every corner and crack for a few weeks straight, especially along baseboards. the glue boards won't do much for these

Those are clearly some kind of fly, not beetles.
