I’m so relieved to see that my snail is silly just like the ones here. About 12 hours after I transferred it to a new (and bigger!) aquarium, it was freeform surfing, and I genuinely thought it was sick or stressed.

The snail is fine.

I suddenly found this subreddit and wonder why they even do this to begin with. Is it some natural tendency for them to do this? Do they really choose to ride the current?
