Help Does anyone know how to fix this?

I love my nook but this is the only thing that makes me choose my phone to read on more often. I love to use the dictionary feature especially when reading a book that is not as modern. This is a second hand Glowlight 3. Anything would help thanks!

(I usually do sideload epubs but i tested it on a sample from the nook store and it does the same thing)

EDIT: SOLVED!!
If you are having this issue here is how I fixed it.
- go to settings on nook device and erase and deregister device
- allow the nook to restart and update if needed
- log back in and download books back onto device

OP, happy you solved your issue.

Please note: the device in your image is not a GlowLight 3. The device in your image is a GlowLight 4 series device (Model: BNRV1100 for GlowLight 4; Model: BNRV1000 for GlowLight 4e).

You can always confirm your device by tapping your icon/name at the top left > Settings > scroll down the page > About.
