Discussion New NattyorJuice Rule
A new rule has been added, to halt the rising tide of people who are less inclined towards the purist diagnostic nature of r/nattyorjuice.
Henceforth, if one is going to comment on a r/nattyorjuice post where the juiciness or lack thereof is in question, one must also impart their anabolic analysis on the subject, instead of simply potentially less relevant words such as "would", "wood", "don't care", etc. At the minimum, r/nattyorjuice now requires an anabolic analysis added. Doesn't have to be much, but it should say at least 'juicy', fake natty', or 'natty' somewhere. Failure to do so can result in ban hammer action without warning.

Tough Question User Flairs
As promised some time ago, user flairs are about to be rolled out on a trial basis on r/nattyorjuice.
Thoughts are welcome as to the best way to implement these.
Some have argued that there should be a credentialling system where people can see a link to physique, video of lifts, or merely just listed stats and lifts. Others suggest the flairs should be more limited to whether someone is natty, fake natty, or juiced themselves, and yet others have suggested the implementation of a coded acronym system to determine whose opinions you may trust to read first based on their affiliation to the various fitness fraternities.
Respectful discussions are welcome and if you want to suggest a suitable flair for yourself, let me know in the comments. Of course, regular posters may get preferential treatment here as always.

Discussion The Great Influencer Lie: I dug through Reddit’s PED archives, and the reality of 15-22 year olds on gear is terrifying.
An analysis of the archives from specialized communities (r/steroids, r/PEDs, r/SARMs, r/Testosterone) reveals a silent health massacre among young men aged 15 to 22. Seduced by the promise of quick gains, thousands of teenagers and young adults—often mockingly called "SARM Goblins" by forum veterans—find themselves trapped in irreversible chronic pathologies before even reaching biological maturity.
1. Permanent Endocrine Crash: The TRT Prison at 19
On r/Testosterone and r/PEDs, the most documented scenario is permanent secondary hypogonadism caused by an early cycle before the full development of the hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal (HPG) axis, which only stabilizes around age 25.
The PCT Illusion: Young users think a simple post-cycle therapy (Nolvadex, Clomid) will be enough to restart their system. In reality, many report their testicles never recover their initial function. A striking testimony on r/Testosterone recounts the case of a 19-year-old who used Trenbolone at 17: after crashing between 170 and 200 ng/dL, his testosterone barely stagnates, leaving him with total apathy and an inability to train, pushing him to the brink of using black-market TRT.
The SARMs Trap: Contrary to the myth that SARMs (RAD-140, LGD-4033) do not suppress natural testosterone, blood work shared on r/SARMs and r/PEDsR shows radical hormonal collapse as early as week four.
Lifelong Medical Servitude: Having to inject testosterone at 20 is not a magic fix. Users who regret their choices describe a logistical and financial hell: a lifelong dependence on needles, constant management of estrogen and hematocrit, testicular atrophy, and early sterility compromising their future family plans before they even hit 30.
2. Cardiovascular Devastation: 70-Year-Old Hearts in 20-Year-Old Bodies
The most chilling aspect of the archives concerns silent organ damage. Since androgen receptors are present in the heart muscle, PEDs don't just grow biceps: they hypertrophy the heart.
Left Ventricular Hypertrophy (LVH): On r/Testosterone and r/HeartDisease, users aged 21 to 28 share their echocardiogram results showing pathological thickening of the heart walls (concentric LVH), atrial dilation, and bundle branch blocks after just a few years or even months of abuse. One 21-year-old describes losing his friends, his health, and his energy, trapped between diagnosed LVH and a collapsed testosterone level of 4.8 nmol/L.
End-Stage Heart Failure: In medical discussions on r/science, healthcare workers confirm treating 23-year-old patients for end-stage heart failure directly linked to steroid use.
Hypertension and Destroyed Lipid Profiles: Oral cycles (Dianabol, Anadrol) and SARMs crush good cholesterol (HDL near zero) and skyrocket blood pressure, creating a breeding ground for accelerated atherosclerosis in their twenties.
3. Impotence, Libido Destruction, and Physical Decay
The ultimate paradox documented on these forums is that of young men taking gear to become more attractive and masculine, only to end up sexually invalid and physically aged.
Severe Erectile Dysfunction ("Deca Dick" and post-SARMs crash): Numerous accounts on r/SARMs and r/AskMen report a total loss of libido and complete impotence (even with Viagra/Cialis) that persists for months or even years after quitting. At 18 or 20, this impotence destroys their first romantic relationships and generates paralyzing social shame.
Rapid Alopecia and Cystic Acne: Compounds like Masteron, Winstrol, or RAD-140 cause massive hair loss in a matter of weeks for those genetically predisposed. Add to this acne conglobata (severe acne leaving deep, permanent scars on the back and shoulders) and the premature aging of facial features.
4. Psychiatric Collapse: Paranoia, Depersonalization, and Suicide
The neurotoxicity of steroids (especially 19-nors like Trenbolone or Nandrolone) and the neurochemical shock of coming off a cycle take up thousands of lines in the archives.
The Trenbolone Nightmare: In threads dedicated to the worst psychiatric experiences on r/steroids, users describe the effect of Trenbolone as "demonic possession": paranoid delusions of persecution, morbid jealousy destroying relationships, chronic insomnia (trensomnia), ultra-violent nightmares, and uncontrollable aggressive impulses.
Dissociation and Panic Attacks on SARMs: On r/ResearchCompounds, young men with no psychiatric history report spiraling in the very first week of use into states of tachycardia followed by constant depersonalization and dissociation (24/7), rendering them unable to work or leave their homes for months.
The Post-Cycle Depressive Abyss: When exogenous hormones leave the body and androgen levels drop to zero while cortisol spikes, the psychological collapse is brutal.
These young men not only lose almost all the muscle they gained (worsening their initial body dysmorphia) but also fall into severe clinical depression accompanied by suicidal ideation.
5. The Great Influencer Lie vs. Biological Reality
Communities like r/nattyorjuice and r/gymsnark daily denounce the predatory mechanics pushing 15-22 year olds toward these substances:
The Myth: "SARMs only target muscles, zero side effects."
The Reality: Unapproved research chemicals, often laced, causing severe hormonal suppression, liver toxicity, and anxiety disorders.
The Myth: "Just one cycle at 18 to reach your genetic limit, then you stop."
The Reality: Epigenetic modifications, premature closure of bone growth plates in teens, and a high risk of never recovering baseline testosterone levels.
The Myth: "Micro-dosing / Aesthetic TRT is completely safe."
The Reality: Blood lipid imbalance, rising hematocrit (thick blood, risk of thrombosis/stroke), and progressive cardiac hypertrophy.
The Myth: 15-30% affiliate promo codes for "Research Chemicals."
The Reality: Influencers paid on commission by underground labs selling bottles labeled "Not for human consumption" to minors.
As summarized by an investigation picked up by Business Insider and heavily commented on across Reddit, the social media ecosystem has turned heavy pharmacological substances into fashion accessories for insecure teenagers, selling them a few months of muscle pumps at the cost of decades of life expectancy and quality of life.
Don't let fake natties ruin your mental health and your future. Stay safe, stay natural.
(Ps: yea I used AI mode of google search to compile data easily and I think it’s better than having biais )

FAKE NATTY Again a 15yo claiming natty…
Why do I think they’re always more and more ? Bc this is true I imagine… but whyyyyy ? They’re all gonna die … they will have to use tadalafil for having at least a relationship with a girl… ik I have my response that’s bc of social media and not fully developed prefrontal cortex. They’re really cooked… Will there ever come a day when only a passion for natural bodybuilding remains, or will there always be people who deliberately ruin their lives?

FAKE NATTY 20yo claiming natty after 1.75 years of training + repping 110kg x 3 on weighted dips (IG: @fredco_srm). Thoughts?
His bio literally says "Natty | 20 | 1,75 years Gym". On top of having a super full, dry, 3D physique year-round after less than two years of lifting, he's also repping 110kg (242 lbs) x 3 on weighted dips.
Honestly, I really need an outside perspective from people here who have an eye for this. Lately, I've been constantly comparing myself to accounts like his and beating myself up over it. I'm busting my ass doing everything by the book—science-based programming, strict nutrition, dialed-in supplementation, working around injuries—and seeing guys claim this kind of progress naturally in 20 months is seriously messing with my head.
What do the experienced eyes here think? Is this just another blatant SARM/gear goblin, or am I losing my mind? (well he's german tho... buuut I wanted to ask, I already know somehow he's on juice...)
