Man I was just thinking the same thing. Used to knock out a bunch of those little comparison tasks in like 5 minutes flat back in the day.
Now it feels like I open the site and just stare at a blank dashboard for 30 seconds before closing it.

This week has been slower than the week before. Sitting around $6. Kinda wish they would up the pay since they don't have to pay out to MTurk.

I actually don't mind this because I get a lot of basics on Amazon and use walmart for grocery delivery. It'd be different if I was making hundreds of dollars or more but for now it'll help a lot with essentials and such.
I was able to start working on tasks on September 13 and have had some busy days up through the 29th, its been slow since then. I hope they're still just getting their feet wet and it pucks up again... yesterday was about what id see on a Saturday on mturk so fingers crossed it'll pick up this week.

Piper technically hasn't officially launched yet so I'm hoping more payment options will be added in the future. I'm just leaving my money sit for now.

I managed to get my first $10. It's now taken days to reach another $5. Wayyy too dead compared to what it was as pickfu.

What the heck? You must be in a very desirable demographic! I check multiple times an hour for days and all I got was 70 cents and several screen outs.

I've made $1.08 today but only by luck of checking my email at the right time, but also missed 3-4 by trying to grab it with 4-5 minutes. I can see a couple of reasons for how things are right now. When it was on Mturk people probably weren't jumping on the low paying hits as much, but now we're all on Piper specifically for the hits so they vanish fast.

Same here, when they first released tasks it was mTurk levels of quantity, but now, it's been a crawl to make $5 this week. The service hasn't officially launched yet so I'm hoping the slow pace is due to them still working out things in the back haul.

I started receiving emails about available studies this past Monday. Most of the studies pay horribly though, something like $.17 for 19+ minutes.

I noticed that too. That pay is beyond insulting, so I have yet to do a study there. I'm not doing this for charity.

That's why I think it was a glitch in the system. I mean the pay could certainly be a little higher, but there were only a few occasions when I'd open a pickfu and think you want me to do all that for that small amount? and I'd return it.

They pulled this stunt on Mturk all the time. When they had a good paying survey, it was snapped up in record time. Those were also often fun. However, they were one of the kings of insultingly paid hits on Mturk and I see that hasn't changed.

Okay, I honestly didn't do their hits much when I was really into Mturk, but then at the end of last year I had an email alert and thought meh, why not. Then I kind of got addicted to watching my Amazon GC growing so I hung on.

I think there had to be a glitch in their system (at least I hope so) because I got several emails like that. I had one that said 44¢ for 58 minutes. Another one was 20¢ for 23 minutes. Another issue I'm seeing is I get an email alert and within a minute or two I go to do the hit, and it's no longer there.

It started out strong, now it is slow for tasks 1 or 2 a day if that.

I've steadily gotten work ever since signing up last month. Haven't had a day where nothing has popped up. I have missed dozens of tasks from them, but have still gotten a solid amount of work daily. If I had to compare Piper to Mturk, I lean a little bit more towards Mturk becaus I'm able to catch their hits a bit more reliably. On Piper, they get snatched up real quick.

Been almost a whole month since I signed up back in September and never got any study since. Been checking several times a week and making sure all profiles are complete and nothing. I know some of you said to wait a few weeks before they start sending studies but for me here it's almost close to a month and nothing here. Located in the USA and Mturk user for years....

First two weeks they ran tasks on Piper were great, made over $40, but after that it's been a crawl. There's been more in the past few days, but it's still very low in quantity with me making around $5 in the past few days.

Surprisingly today has really picked up for me. It's still not the numbers like on Mturk, but after days of one and two, this morning I've reached double digits. Hope it picks up for the rest of you as well!
