If it's not for yourself first, burnout usually catches up quick. External motivation rarely lasts long-term.

I started running literally that’s it
After months of constant looping
The universe sent me a gal who not only enjoys my company BUT has a complex cool music interest the ex I “couldn’t get over” didn’t at all
She texts ME randomly not the other way around! Still so bizarre to me
I’m being extra careful with this one because she’s so fucking cool
She was impressed I had plans lined up without telling her last week, took her for tacos at a cool place then that Nathan for You movie where she made moves first like woah
Taking her to a Thundercat concert and thai food this weekend because I was genuinely blissful about how smooth it all went

Don't forget the most important area is Spiritually. Why is it the most important? Because it involves the eternal part of ourselves.

Physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually. That's holistic self growth as a human being
No wonder if you only put physical and mental, then financial added without emotion and spiritual, you'll become ego maniac and greedy human
