Question de sécurité parce que je suis un peux anxieux à cause des choses que j'ai entendu à propos du métro de montréal récemment. Je sais un petit peut de choses que je peux m'attendre comme les équipement et l'interieur du métro en train de devenir vieux et "dégradé" de l'interieur. Mais les histoires de "crack heads" et de gens violent sont-ils vraiment vrais? Si oui, que devrais-je faire pour éviter ceci le plus possible? Quelque chose à m'aviser?

ive been through like 3 different jobs in the last 6 months and ive just been accepted into aide social. now idk what i should do because they told me that I can ear anything more then 200$ a month outside of what they give me. I feel super aimeless and without purpose now that my income is secured

J’attends mon premier bébé et moi et mon conjoint habite au deuxième étage d’un immeuble dans le sud-ouest. Il y a deux volées d’escaliers à monter, dont une est commune. Heureusement, les escaliers sont à l’intérieur, mais le palier entre les deux volées, où se trouve la porte de notre apparte, est assez petit (juste assez de place pour une personne et l’ouverture de la porte). Vu que l’escalier principale est commune (est assez serrée), on ne peut pas laisser la poussette en bas.

Je compte aussi porter bébé (si mon dos me le permet), mais je me demande comment les autres parents s’organisent dans ce genre de situation. Avez-vous des recommandations de poussettes?

Je ne suis pas trop inquiète lorsque mon conjoint et moi sortons ensemble (l’un peut s’occuper de la poussette et l’autre du bébé), mais je me questionne davantage sur la logistique lorsque je suis seule.

I moved here 27 days ago. I have acquaintances, but not quite friends when I tried living here for 2 months last year. Im 32 years old, heavily introverted and moved here to pursue the music community (I am a musician) and to try and get out of my comfort zone. Felt like it would be the best move. I will admit I am pretty awkward and have been forcing myself to go to shows and open jams since everyday that I stay in at home, it feels like it was pointless moving here (exacerbated by the fact that I work a remote job). I know 27 days is nothing, and perhaps I am being way too hard on myself. But I am admittedly overwhelmed moving to a city where I know virtually no one, and feel left out when I go to shows; though I try my best to socialize. As a result I question whether this was a good idea or to just trust the process. How long did it take you to find your people?

Hello, I am contemplating a move to Montreal. I am 42F, immigrant and a POC. I don't know French right now, but I’m planning to take lessons. I am a slow learner, so it will be some time before I can become fluent enough to converse. I'd be moving from Vancouver. I work in Software and see a lot more opportunities in MTL for my role. Would it be hard to survive without French for a few months? How is it living as a POC? Is it too isolating?

I’m looking for fun things to do on October 31st! I would love to party / go to a club, but so many events have a cover over 30$ and I don’t wanna pay that much money. Also open to other interesting kinds of events. We are a queer group, but it’s ok if its not a queer event!

Selon nos informations, le Parti libéral du Québec (PLQ) envisage d'utiliser cet élément dans sa contestation de l’élection.

Le Parti québécois a fait appel à l’avocat de formation Pierre-Hugues Miller à titre de conseiller principalement pour bénéficier de sa vaste expérience en matière de dépouillement judiciaire. M. Miller s’est présenté devant le tribunal à titre de conseiller spécial aux côtés de Me Stéphane Chatigny, le seul à représenter officiellement la formation politique, selon le PQ.

Pierre-Hugues Miller cumule plusieurs antécédents disciplinaires. Déjà radié du Barreau à quelques reprises par le passé, il faisait de nouveau l'objet d'une interdiction de pratique depuis le 27 mars 2026.
