Best thing you can do is to now focus on building a good relationship with yourself (imo). Take some time to really focus and go about planning things without overwhelming yourself or giving into negativity. I like doing this thing where I journal from a completely neutral and objective perspective about my life. It helps me to stay grounded when everything has gone to shit. I don't insert my opinion or feelings into the plan, I just brainstorm everything I could do.

Take some time to also remind yourself of your own abilities and accomplishments, as well as reflecting on the progression of your thought process. It sounds like you want to get out of this situation, and that's a huge thing. A tiny positive reminder could do you wonders in a time like this.

Sounds a little bit like you have PTSD. You might get triggered by certain stimuli, but not realize why those things. I'd recommend seeing a psychiatrist or therapist about that.

About the work situation. Is it an ongoing case? Have you reached out to a lawyer? If your employer was laundering money and somehow you were implicated, they might've been setting you up as a patsy to take the fall. If it's an ongoing case, I'm not sure you'd be able to talk about it openly on a public forum such as this. But, I don't know much about Mongolian law.
