SPOILERS S2 E6 to S2 E7
At the end of s2 e6, if Simon told Curtis to rewind time to before the whole milkman fiasco, how could Simon have known to start being the vigilante masked Simon and begin trying to park our. He would have never have known Alicia told him who the masked person was. That is the beginning of e7. I've watched this series through a few times. I still have questions.

Yeah this is a bit of a plot hole Iβve always wondered since the show aired, my headcanon has always been the Simon/Alicia subplot of the milkman episode still happens off screen between eps, just minus the main plot of that episode and entirely at the community centre instead of at that hotel. (And obviously in this version neither dies to the milkman.)
Itβs kinda weak but itβs the only workaround that makes sense imo. It still doesnβt explain how future Simon has news interviews and newspapers from the milkman timeline in his hideout tho, that just makes 0 sense.

Timey-wimey.
The Doyalist explanation is that viewers already know the info, to rehash it again in the next episode would be a bit stale (considering episode 6 had aired only three days prior to the Christmas special), so they just went with it. Misfits has never cared too much about specifics of time travel, considering every version of it in the show works differently.
The Watsonian approach concludes that Alisha would have probably ended up telling Simon about Superhoodie at some point anyway - it's not like she resisted telling Simon - and so probably did off-screen between the end of S2 and the Christmas special (three months pass between them, narratively, even though it was three days between original broadcasts).

So many plot holes with that whole episode tbh. Alisha still remembers everything, as did Simon, they somehow still had the news interview with Alisha even tho its an alternate timeline
I was so excited for this episode when I first saw it cos I thought they were gonna make him find out all over again but NO. We gotta have inconsistencies

... hmm good point.
I wonder if Simon would naturally turn into the masked man? I mean it's a pretty bad timeloop if you need yourself to tell yourself to do something.
Otherwise Alisha could have told Simon off screen in that whole 1 week bit. They probably should have repeated that but I also get how they have limited screen time.

Yeah I've always wondered this. The show treats what happened in that episode as though everyone remembers it out of the misfits.

One of my fav series till they
did what they did to the cast. Its been years so I guess I shouldn't say. As much as I'm a fan of Karla Crome the series just wasn't the same after the third season ended and what they did to the Curtis character π€¬π‘ππ

Tbh my theory is we only saw a sliver of an eternal time loop, and Simon has been leaving hints all along within every loop. Also why I assume he had the milk episode newspaper in his apartment.
