analysis Humanity disgusts me to the core of my being.

1.1k Upvotes

You know what I am done pretending people are anything but a walking catastrophe. The human race is beyond garbage. We are loud, greedy, and proudly petty. We invent beauty then sell it back to ourselves hollowed out so the rich can flex and the rest of us buy the lie. We celebrate bravado and punish honesty. We lionize thieves and scold the ones who try to fix things. We worship convenience while stomping on anything that actually needs care.

Everywhere I look there is hypocrisy slathered on like perfume. People posture morality with a hashtag then privately do the exact opposite. We pretend empathy is our religion while trimming it down to fit into bite sized virtue points. We destroy environments we do not understand and then act surprised when the bills come due. We hoard resources we do not need and then cry about scarcity like it is someone else s fault.

And do not get me started on how people treat other people. Cruelty dressed up as humor. Indifference dressed up as realism. Friendship reduced to transactional favors and social currency. If you try to point out the rot you are dismissed as weak or worse as trying to ruin the mood. Most of us would rather perform being decent than actually be decent when it costs us anything.

I do not want to be part of this carnival anymore. I do not want to laugh in the same room where someone is being quietly crushed. I do not want to nod along while the planet gets plundered and children inherit the excuses of the last generation. I am tired of the noise the apathy the endless small betrayals that add up to total decay.

Maybe the worst part is the normality of it all. We normalize catastrophe. We normalize cruelty. We normalize selfishness to the point where even outrage feels stale. We swap real action for performative outrage and call it progress. It is not progress. It is the same rot with new packaging.

So yeah I am disgusted. Not just annoyed. Disgusted to the marrow. I do not want to be a character in this ongoing farce. I do not want to be complicit. I would rather be something else entirely than join the chorus of excuses. If that makes me a misanthrope so be it. At least I will be honest about it.

analysis Social media was a mistake

I’m starting to think that social media has done irreparable damage to human psyche all over the world. It started out fun and innocent and if it had stayed where it was in the 2000s and early 2010s it wouldn’t be that bad. But people are being exposed to things and lifestyles we simply aren’t ready for. It’s skewing perceptions for both men and women to the point of mass delusion. It used to be just a toy that a select few had mass followings on but made sense as to why. And has even done some good in spreading awareness of social issues and the like. But it’s destroying relationship dynamics to the point of near complete atomization. I can only speak for what I’ve seen in the U.S. but I doubt we’re the only ones

analysis Humanity’s Wasted Potential

Humanity is a masterclass in wasted potential. A species gifted with remarkable self-awareness, reason, and creative power, yet perpetually driven by its pettiest, most primitive impulses. It acts sophisticated, yet bases entire cultures around vanity, fragile egos, and instant gratification.

People tear others down out of insecurity, destroy their own environment out of greed, and treat basic integrity like a rare virtue instead of baseline behaviour. At its core, it's a species that spends most of its energy fighting problems it creates for itself... and then wonders why everything feels so broken.

Note: When I talk about integrity I mean true integrity like the kind required when something significant is at stake for that person. I'm just so jaded by humanity. What can you even say when the dark side of human nature so drastically outweighs the good? I didn't even touch on the abuse, human tra**icking, and other horrific shit that people do to one another.

analysis if your opinion of people hasn't moved by 40 you probably weren't paying attention

Not trying to be edgy with this, it's more a point about updating.

You start out with some default assumption about how people behave. Most of us get handed a pretty generous one. Then you spend twenty five years collecting data, and at some point the data stops matching the assumption, and the honest move is to shift the assumption.

If you're 45 and yours hasn't moved at all there's only a few explanations. Either you got extraordinarily lucky in who you were surrounded by, or you're insulated enough that nothing ever actually cost you anything, or you're doing the thing where you notice each individual disappointment and then file it as an exception. That last one is by far the most common. People will absorb forty separate betrayals and still describe the world as basically decent, because each one got quarantined on its own.

And the stuff that does it isn't usually dramatic. It's how casual it is. How fast someone will hand you over for something small. How much of what people call principle turns out to be a preference they held while it was free.

The pushback I'd actually take seriously is that some people see all of it clearly and decide to like people anyway. Not naive, just choosing. I know one or two of those and they're not stupid, they might be running a better strategy than I am.

But that's a different thing from being surprised. Surprise is the tell. If ordinary human behaviour still genuinely blindsides you at 45, you weren't taking notes, you were waiting for the part where it gets better.

analysis Misanthropy isn't hate it's the most honest philosophy out there

Many people believe that misanthropy is simply a symptom of a frustrated life, or (worse) that anyone who calls themselves a misanthrope is a potential danger to society, someone plotting attacks against humankind.

Well, that's absolutely not the case.

Misanthropy is neither a homicidal instinct nor an teenage whim. It is a school of thought that thoroughly explores rational contempt for humanity's structural flaws: hypocrisy, greed, gratuitous cruelty, and the inability to learn from past mistakes.

In my opinion, it is the most fascinating philosophy out there, and at the same time, the most "truthful" one.

And here is the point that many get wrong: the vast majority of misanthropes are not bad people at all. Quite the opposite. They are often extremely empathetic individuals who have simply stopped wearing blinders. They have truly understood how the world works, and that is precisely why they are disappointed in it. It is not a rejection of the "other" per se, but a rejection of collective moral mediocrity.

Of course, misanthropy holds a pessimistically realistic view of life and people. But that doesn't automatically make it "negative." Pessimism is not synonymous with falsehood: it is often the only standpoint from which we can see reality without rose-tinted filters.

Compared to other philosophies that try to comfort us with illusions (optimism, and so on), misanthropy has the courage to stare into the abyss. And paradoxically, it is precisely this brutal honesty that, for me, makes it the most liberating perspective.

analysis I think humans are fundamentally flawed and are incapable of ever achieving a better world.

I think humanity is fundamentally broken and I've stopped believing we'll achieve a better world.

I've reached a point where I genuinely don't believe humanity can fix itself. I feel though that this is fairly obvious.

The more I think about the world, the more absurd it becomes that we accept so much of it as normal.
Where you're born can determine almost your entire life.
Two people can be born on the same day, have similar personalities, similar intelligence and similar potential, yet live completely different lives because one was born into poverty and the other into a wealthy country. Neither person chose any of that.
Being born into one country rather than another is pure luck.

Even things like the colour of your skin, your nationality, your sex, your family's wealth and the society you're born into can affect the opportunities and experiences you're given. Things that shouldn't determine someone's worth can have enormous consequences for someone's life.

We're born into systems we never chose and then spend our entire lives trying to navigate them.
And humans are incredibly performative.
We lie. We manipulate. We pretend to care about things because we're expected to care about them. We pretend to be morally better than we actually are. We judge other people for behaviours we would probably excuse in ourselves.

Sometimes it genuinely feels like we hate ugly people more than we hate bad people. Someone can be cruel, manipulative or genuinely horrible, but if they're attractive, charismatic or socially successful, people will find ways to excuse them. Meanwhile, someone who is awkward, unattractive or socially undesirable can be treated like they're fundamentally lesser.

We're constantly told that character matters, but humans are heavily influenced by appearance, status, money, charisma and social approval.

And we keep repeating the same mistakes.

We murder innocent people. We start wars. We destroy communities. Young men are sent to die for decisions made by old men sitting comfortably far away from the battlefield. Ordinary people pay the price for the ambitions and power struggles of people they'll probably never meet.

We've had thousands of years of history to learn from, and somehow we continue doing versions of the same things.

We're also destroying the planet we actually have to live on.

We pollute the environment, consume endlessly and damage ecosystems, while enormous corporations can have an influence on emissions and environmental damage that completely dwarfs what an individual person can do. We're told to recycle a plastic bottle and feel guilty about our individual carbon footprint while massive industries operate on a scale that one ordinary person could never meaningfully counteract.

It makes individual responsibility feel almost
meaningless sometimes.

Then there's social media.

I honestly think it has made people care about the wrong things. We've created machines specifically designed to capture our attention, and then act surprised when people become obsessed with celebrity drama, outrage, appearances, clout and whatever meaningless argument is trending that day.
Algorithms reward the loudest, angriest and most ridiculous people. Misinformation spreads incredibly easily. People become gullible, addicted to attention and completely consumed by things that shouldn't matter nearly as much as they do.

It feels like we've become technologically advanced while becoming increasingly stupid, performative and
obsessed with one another's opinions.

And everyone seems to hate everyone else.

Politics, nationality, race, religion, class, gender, wealth, appearance. There is always another reason to divide ourselves into groups and treat the other group as the enemy.

It feels like we're becoming more divided, more hostile and more censored while simultaneously telling ourselves that we're progressing.

I know humanity has achieved incredible things. We've cured diseases, explored space, created extraordinary technology and produced incredible art, music and literature.

But sometimes I look at all of that and still think: \*\*is this really the best we can do?\*\*

We have more knowledge than any generation before us, yet we still lie, manipulate, exploit, kill and destroy.
And maybe that's why I've stopped believing in some glorious future for humanity.

Maybe we're obsessed with our past human achievements because deep down we're terrified of what our future looks like.

We talk constantly about ancient civilisations, great empires, wars, revolutions, monuments, explorers and everything humanity accomplished centuries ago.
But what are we expecting our future to look like?
More division? More surveillance? More environmental destruction? More wars? More people living their entire lives through screens? More corporations controlling enormous parts of our lives? More people being
manipulated by algorithms?

I don't know.

Maybe I'm completely wrong. I genuinely hope I am.

But I've reached a point where I don't believe humanity
is going to suddenly wake up and fix itself.

It feels like we're incredibly advanced animals carrying the same ancient instincts we've always had, except now we have technology powerful enough to amplify all of them.

And there is \*\*so much more\*\* I want to say about this. So much more that goes through my head when I think about humanity, society, death, inequality, power, the future and what we're actually doing with the one planet we've been given.

I genuinely can't put all of it into words.

This post probably doesn't even capture half of what
I'm trying to express.

I just know that somewhere along the way, I've stopped believing that humanity is going to save itself.

analysis The way society treats certain animals is proof to me how evil it is

And it's honestly not hard to see how people can treat others horribly when they live in a society that does this to animals.

When you live in a society that says things like factory farming is ok it's a society that says it's ok to cause suffering and death to those that have so called ' lower status' than you.

So all a person has to do is view other people as 'lower status' than them and all of a sudden in their own minds they can treat that person however they want.

It may not be socially acceptable to go around saying people have lower status than you so these people just keep it to themselves while playing the game of being great moral people. Ofc the reality is they don't care or have real empathy it's just a performance to get places in society.

Social acceptance is more important than 'morality' to most people.

Its why if people today live in societies in the past most would have no problem owning human slaves or marrying 12 year olds as that would be socially acceptable in the society they live in.

analysis Humans are born evil.

You guys are probably sick of hearing this type of discussion but i have alot of thoughts on my head about it and wanted to share with like minded people.

So, yes, humans ARE evil by nature, its not the world around them that builds them, sure, someone is more influenced to commit crimes or do bad things if they have a poor raising or a bad family structure, but all humans at some extent have atleast a bit of evil inside them.

Just think how out of all the species, we are the worst, by far. Every living being has a survival mechanism that makes them be selfish or prioritize themselves to survive, but humans do not only have this mechanism, but they are the only species in the world that destroy their own planet, commit mass genocides, racism, torture and commit atrocities with our own kind, wars and etc. Even if we have the power of intellect and the gift of thinking and critical thinking unlike the rest of the animals.

My point is, every human is evil, some just show it more than others, like psychopaths and murderers, but if you give someone enough power or take away everything from them, they will start to show cracks of this evil.

I'm using the classic version of "evil" to explain my opinion, since by realistic standards, evil is just a human construct that changes from person to person, remember folks, the winners write history.

This is why "world peace" will never be achivable, or "solve world hunger", its just the way things are, you cant solve a problem that is present in our very being, in our "soul".

Personally, i really belive this is in fact true, and i already embraced this side of me, not that i do evil stuff or necessarily enjoy them, but at the bottom of my heart i would know that if i did something bad, i'm not innocent and that is just how things flow. Now i ask to whoever read all this, do YOU accepted that you are evil and humanity itself?

analysis Letting people into your life is dangerous AF

You have to be extremely selective with who you let into your life or befriend. They say "no man is an island", we are all dependent on other people to some degree. Individuals you have contact with will in one way or another affect you and either bring you down or maybe actually provide something good. The thing here is that bringing you down is what many will do, either intentionally or because they simply don't know better. When I was a kid there was so much pressure on us to have many friends and be an extrovert. It didn't matter that other kids were the spawn of some evil deity, you were supposed to be like them. What I think is funny is that having good traits was not valued.

As you gain experience, you learn what kind of people you can reasonably communicate with. What many don't learn however is to cut off people who are not good for you. Many seem so goaded into befriending as many as possible and brag about this. They have to put up a facade.

Other people will fuck things up, ruin your mental health, enlighten you about what your are, introduce you to even more shitty people, try to change you, the list goes on. There are many people in the world who have had their lives ruined thanks to other peoples carelessness. But if you want to be a loner, you will hear that there is something severely wrong with you and that you wont evolve. Of course you have to deal with other people to some degree, and this where being selective is important.

Personally, I am quite jaded with people now. I have learned to expect all sorts of bullshit.

analysis The more authentic and honest you are the more hate you will get

I hate that people say they value honesty and authenticity when, in real life, the more real a person is, the more likely they are to get bullied, hated, rejected, dismissed, and abused.

And I’m not talking about hurting people with the truth or delivering it in a cruel way. I merely mean existing with your own opinions, thoughts, and feelings, not trying to fit in or betray yourself.

analysis People are shallow, and it's not going to change.

"People being shallow" is one of the most standard criticisms of the human race, and it's completely true. It comes from observing that people regularly sacrifice so much about their lives in pursuit of short-term pleasures. For example, people trash their health for decades in pursuit of various drug addictions, and also lose their homes borrowing money on things they know they can't afford. Treating the addiction isn't really the thing that helps anyone, it's understanding that you're vulnerable to self-destructive patterns like everyone else.

This goes beyond addiction though: people prove over and over again that they're more trustworthy of good looking liars rather than uglier, more honest people. Also, it's pretty well documented that people continue to be racist fashion police.

The only antidote is consequences for our actions: people cannot become more enlightened, more morally pure, or more intelligent. We only learn critical thinking through displeasure, people who don't have to think critically, do not think critically. If you get rewarded for being a dousche, then you continue to act like a dousche...it really is that simple.

analysis The three types of misanthropy

I've always divided misanthropes into three groups.

-Moral misanthropy: Years of observation and philosophical contemplation that lead to the conclusion that humans are dangerously nasty, petty minded, mean spirited, domination seeking and sexually frustrated creatures, who are kept under control and hidden (not that efficiently) by a very thin veil called "civilization" .

-Aesthetic misanthropy: This doesn't come from a a moral stand point. These are people who detest the way humans speak, dress, eat, they see them as physically grotesque, boring, unintresting and dumb.

-Personal misanthropy: The gradual developpement of a distrust and disgust vis a vis the human species that was caused by past trauma, mostly from physical and psychological abuse in childhood.

Do you agree with this categorization? and in which bracket would you put yourself?

analysis paying attention to humanity is genuinely bad for your health

Post image
241 Upvotes

I didn't get here because of a bad day or some edgy phase. I got here by just paying attention.

At some point thinking about what we do as a species stopped being abstract. deforestation, full urbanization, treating the planet like its infinite. it stopped being a "global issue" and started feeling personal. my cortisol actually spikes when i think about this stuff for too long. like my body recognizes it as a threat even when my brain is trying to be rational about it. And honestly i think thats because it IS a threat. we're doing a slow motion civilizational suicide and calling it development what gets me isn't even the destruction. its the indifference around it. like we have all the data. we understand what's happening. and the system just doesn't care. it keeps optimizing for whatever makes money this quarter while phytoplankton decline and forests get cleared for another mall. I don't hate people individually. most people are just trying to live. but as a collective? as a species? we are genuinely terrible at being alive without destroying everything around us.

maybe this is misanthropy. or maybe its just what happens when you stop looking away. anyone else find that just being aware is exhausting?

analysis Flawed Species

We’re stuck in a loop of lying to ourselves, desperately chasing this naive hope of redemption. For centuries, we’ve clung to the promise that something will eventually save us from ourselves whether it’s cutting-edge science or some divine intervention. But reality keeps crushing that myth of progress. If history proves anything, it’s that we never actually change; we just get better at destroying things. The scenery gets an upgrade, but the ending is always predictable: the same flawed humans, driven by the same old blind spots, bound to ruin their own future and tear each other apart.

analysis Just angry, and humans are always the cause....

I'm tired. This world has so much potential, but general stupidity and warped views of reality have ruined it all. The world is a beautiful place, but we have let greedy and power hungry humans fuck it all up. It's amazing how we have come to a point where such a small group of humans that are in total control of a made up system of control and money "wealth" can live as Gods, as we fight like rats for the scraps. They now largely control the media, and therefore the running narratives of the world... therefore, actual reality as most people see it. They control governments, the supply of goods, and largely the minds of the ignorant (most of society really). They have the means and power to print money (no real value) and buy up land and resources (real value) to make them scarce for the rest of us. The worst part about it in my mind is that us rats continue to let them play and control this game. The system is fucked, and anyone that willingly plays along is the cause. Humans are either evil, ignorant, or weak willed. This is why they suck.

analysis Most relationships are transactional and have nothing to do with love.

That's one of the main reasons I prefer being alone. I now unfortunately know that most people are mostly concerned about themselves and therefore use each other in relationships.

What they call "love" is really just chemicals in their brain that make them emotionally attached to each other, but love has nothing to do with it.

Generally speaking, getting into a relationship with someone is basically putting yourself in a position where you're going to be used, and once you've served your purpose, they immediately drop you and move on.

Its just human nature, I guess.

analysis Machiavelli was arguably the greatest and most honest analyst of human nature

Machiavelli was arguably the greatest and most honest analyst of human nature precisely because he discarded the comforting lies that keep society functional. While philosophers and priests prattled on about virtue, divinity, and the inherent goodness of mankind, Machiavelli was in the trenches, observing what people actually do: lie, cheat, break promises, and pursue their own base interests with ruthless efficiency. He understood that the masses are a shortsighted, ungrateful, fickle herd, driven by fear and greed, not by reason or moral principle. His genius was not in prescribing a better way for humans to be, but in laying out the stark, unvarnished reality of what they are. For this, he is condemned, but in truth, he should be canonized as the patron saint of realism.

This understanding leads to an inevitable conclusion about modern humanitarianism and "free" healthcare. These concepts are not born from a genuine assessment of human nature, but from a delusional, sentimental fantasy.

analysis The Paradox of Human Progress.

This is why I’m a misanthrope. Every time I say something negative about humanity, someone always comes along and starts reciting the usual list of “good things” we’ve created, as if naming a few inventions is enough to erase everything else.

“Humanity created socialization.” Sure. And it also created bullying, marginalization, and exclusion.

“Humanity created love.” Sure, but let’s not turn it into something magic: it’s rooted in biological and emotional needs. And the same species that talks so much about love has created rape, abuse, and violence.

“Humanity domesticated animals.” Yes, and then we exploited them, mistreated them, and treated them like objects.

“Humanity created technology.” Fantastic. And then we used some of that same ability to devastate the environment and contribute to climate change.

“Humanity created culture.” Yes, along with divisions, discrimination, conflicts, and wars.

That’s the point of people keep failing to understand: I’m not saying human beings have never done anything good. I’m saying that every time someone bring up something positive as if it somehow proves humanity’s innocence, he simply ignoring everything that exists on the other side.

What I find most ridiculous is that humanity has had enormous potential. We’re intelligent, creative, and capable of understanding things that no other species has ever understood. And with all that potential, look at what we’ve chosen to do with it.

Isn’t that exactly what makes me a misanthrope? The fact that a species with so many capabilities could have been so much better, yet continues to waste a huge part of its potential on selfishness, conflict, and destruction.

I don’t care to hear for the thousandth time that “humans do good things too.” I already know. The problem is everything we’re capable of doing despite that.

analysis The horror is sometimes we don't see ourselves.

Imagine the horror of lacking self awareness or any sort of broader perspective about yourself or others.

Average folk live out their lives enduring and tolerating so much disappointment and heartbreak and disrespect. And they'll rationalize. Assume that's just the way things are. Conjure up convenient excuses for themselves and others. Constantly running into walls and gaining lots of scars but trucking along anyway.

And then all that built up resentment and anger gets misdirected in other areas. They lash out without even realizing it. Their hatred and personal grievances being thrown at the outsider, the brown person, the woman or the man. These feelings shape their political opinions and affect their daily habits.

And they never even realize it. And if they do, sometimes it's too late. The damage is done.

analysis At a certain age you realise that there are no 'good guys'

Some people realise it young. Some people realise it into adulthood. Some people saw it after the revelations about Epstein.

There comes a point in your life where you realise that people in any position of power, whether it be political, educational or institutional, are not in that position through merit, competence or any shred of decency but because of whoever's stamp of approval they were given.

The 'bad people' in society are just the 'good people' who were more successful at it than the so-called 'good people.' They are all bad and the 'good guys' want you to think they are the 'good ones' so they can have the power the 'bad guys' have.

And you will not gain anything 'good' from any of them without kissing their behinds or defeating them in front of their yes men. And if any of those two things somehow succeed, the consequences of inheriting that poisoned chalice will be just as bad as what came before.

The reward for any success achieved will not be any sense of contentment but the same army of nodding dogs willing to throw you under the bus the moment it suits them.

The people we looked up to were the victors. Outside of a few good souls here and there, there are basically no heroes.

'Heroes' only exist because they defeated the other people who called themselves heroes. There are no good people just people who call themselves 'good' to justify harming innocents or people who if given the chance would do the same thing back.

Indeed it begs the question whether the most influential people were ever really 'good' or that we just blindly followed them because everyone else was.

It's up to you what you do going forward. Find genuine kindness in the places it rarely exists or animals who are kind (as long as they're not slaughtering a mouse!).

But there are no 'good guys', just people who trying to strip you down or rip you apart.

If there is a silver lining in all of this, it's that to a degree, we are all hypocrites.

Whether its our appearance or who we are that lets us down in their eyes, confidence is everything.

People will both resent and admire you for being confident in who or what you are so it's your job to keep that up.

analysis I just realized humans don't like it when you're too different from them

This is a realization I came to understand this year. You're often told to be YOU, and live your life, but it's all just empty talk when it comes to reality. People like someone they can relate to, not someone they must try to understand. People like to see bits of themselves in someone else. Only a few will find a different person and be like " Oh yeah this person is different. That's interesting, maybe I can learn one thing or two about them." Sadly, it's not the norm.

The older I grow, the more I realize people love to boast about themselves as the smartest humans in the room, but when you scratch their egg, they're just like someone else. I did come across some insanely intelligent people throughout my life who were different, but sadly, they were the minority. By different I mean they have their own thoughts, style, and goals and not the stuff they borrowed from influencers as their own.

The older I grow, the more I realize loneliness will follow me throughout the rest of my life because I have been different since day 1. I remember bringing comics to read in primary school and everyone looked at me like I'm an Alien. The cool kids (although they were the boring kids in my eyes) were the bullies, and society had no problem with that back then.

Most of the people I come across in my country are shallow, following trends, buying what they're told to buy, what to think, how to behave, and the funny thing is they think they're special. They think they're free, when they're not. They think they're different, when they're the same person sitting on the shelf of similar people.

It's hard not being a misanthrope when humans claim something but reality slaps you in the face. I just realized humans don't like it when you're too different from them. What awaits after this realization is pure loneliness.

analysis My personal journey from being a social justice warrior to someone who no longer gives a damn.

Like many people who were bullied while growing up (due to various reasons), we develop a sense of deep empathy and compassion for other humans and living things, especially the ones who seem as vulnerable as we were/are.

For the longest time, I cared deeply about social justice and spent countless nights and most of my youthful energy on various internet forums most notably Yahoo Answers, and much later, Quora and Reddit, fighting back against social injustices or advocating for social justice.

I believed that a more just world was achievable and if only we could somehow support the oppressed class, then we could all live in a world (or at least even a small society) without more pain.

And I believed that for a very long time. Decades.

This is until I saw the pattern.

Society (especially North American one) has changed quite a bit during my life time. Some previously oppressed people are seemingly uplifted in society (most notably certain groups of racial minority). However, the people were uplifted were always sexually attractive in some ways. In other words, only selected "sexy members" of the oppressed class were elected to enjoy the fruit of the labor of social justice movements.

What is the explanation for this?

I retraced my steps and found the root of all discrimination in society.

It's all so simple.

All societal oppression, privilege, -isms, bullying, discrimination....involve humans. If humans didn't exist, then neither would those things exist. All struggles in society involves maintaining an environment for the creation of more humans.

What is fundamentally responsible for creating humans?

A mating process that rest upon a social hierarchy, which is tightly maintained at all times. Even if we uproot all ills in society, we cannot uproot this one, for it is the very reason why anyone would exist in the first place. Mating is so strongly tied to hierarchy, and hierarchy is strongly tied to inequality.

To create new humans is to discriminate. If there is no discrimination, then there is no humans.

This unravels the whole social justice project for me. Why is it trying to solve a problem that has no solution?

I no longer see social justice as a way to solve social problems, but rather a way to solve mating problems: how the social upper-class can access the bodies of sexy but lower-class members of society.

What's more, mainstream justice movement ignores the unfathomable amount of harm that humans deal to the rest of the world. That's a long discussion.

analysis Most people's personalities are fucking deplorable; revolving around sex, not much else.

People are full of vanity.

Full of selfishness.

They will exploit you any way they can.

I see it everywhere, I fucking hate it so much. A great example I see is women exploit men using sex, men exploit women using sex. Women love to get validation through their bodies, they use it as their means for power because society makes to where it is their only means for power. Fuck society then. Men use sex as violence against women, I do not really need to go into examples here, just look around you. Fuck men for this reason.

We are such a fucking horrible race. I don't care what way you phrase it, most people are so vain it's sickening. Vanity is in its purest form in the shallow interaction of "let me get my rocks off."

Almost all of the world revolves around sex. It's a famous quote by Oscar Wilde. “Everything in the world is about sex — except sex. Sex is about power.”

Let's analyze this for a second. Why do people focus so much on sex? Oh man... I wonder. People who realize they are pretty somewhat, or realize how their looks affect others around them or their bodies, realize they can get what they want in life. I have dated much; I hear this repeated often. It's all about power, and the essence of why we let looks control how we treat people is because we want to fuck them, to break it down to a simpler level.

Lots of people just want validation. So, they use their bodies, their looks, sex to get it.

It's a learned behavior that is a dog chasing its tail in society. Everyone propagates vanity, selfishness, shallowness... I hate people. I hate sex, it was used to hurt me when I was a young teenager and I have had problems with it since then from a philosophical stance.

It's just a great example of why people are so horrible. Will your looks last? No. I don't even get why sex is that great, it's decent if you are in love, but the whole consumerism aspect around it and how our society is obsessed with it yet shames people for it is fucking stupid. Also, how much violence it brings about in the world through sexual slavery and exploitation is a reason in of itself.

analysis Society's morals and human actions are full of contradictions.

1.) They preach about equality but don't want to do anything about the homeless or about rising income level gaps.

2.) They say looks don't matter but will always prefer good looking people over ugly looking people for so many reasons. (Physical appearance is the first thing they judge and it's the first thing that'll make them have a +/- perception about someone.)

3.) They refuse to accept the reality of ugly looks and instead say sugar coated statements but when they really see an ugly person they maintain their distance from them smartly.

4.) They breed in 'lust' and call it 'love'. ('Love'/lust fades with time. Only emotional attachment remains, that's how most families survive..Emotional Attachment!)

5.) They preach about peace but will not hesitate to use violence to make others submit. (Constantly improvising on making weapons of mass destruction to compete for world domination and then call it 'TeChNoLoGicAL PrOgReSS'.)

6.) They talk about freedom but always interfere and invade. From personal space to inter-national territories.

7.) They want to control pollution and global warming but don't want to stop breeding and don't want to cut down their demands for so many unnecessary things. (Less the population, less the demand for things, less is the damage done to environment..they refuse to see that way. Brainless fools!)

8.) You can't make fun of their sky daddy/hero with animal heads comic books ( hope you get what I mean) but they can make fun and criticize you for reading a pass time fantasy book labelling you as 'Kid'.

9.) They preach so much about love, health, positivity but refuse to show any affection and instead ask you to go to a therapist when you are feeling depressed/down in life. (The therapists too are interested in selling some addictive medicines instead of having some meaningful talk so that they can make a living.)

10.) They preach about importance of marriage, commitment and faithfulness but refuse to accept their innate carnal polygamous nature. (That's why infidelity exists, both in imagination and in reality. Imagination- when your partner thinks of someone else while fucking you and reality- involving in debaucherous activities by fooling you partner.)

11.) They raise their children to be 'nice guys/gals' but fearfully/blindly respect dumb assholes and also sometimes vote them to legal power. (You'll find too many of such simps in social circles.)

There's just so much you can think of..but these are the stuff I have observed and experienced. The things that they put into your head as a child and the things you see and experience when you grow up, it's like a wake up slap! This is how some of their 'good little boys' turn out to be mankind hating misanthropes in the future. And those that still remain 'good little boys' even after having grown up mostly exist to get into people's pants and kiss ass to rise up in work. There's only maybe 1% or less people in societies who truly live up to those morals. I respect such individuals.

I'm no saint. I have my flaws and hypocricies too. But I acknowledge and accept them instead of hiding and refusing to accept them. But society will reject you once you open up abou it so I too have to wear some masks to survive.

EDIT: Here 'THEY' refers to: all the adults you grew up around and filled things into your head, the politicians delivering fake speeches, to blind followers of cults and the general regular 'normies' who criticize your different ways of thinking.

Don't know where else to post this but figure y'all will get some of what I'm talking about here.

So I'm homeless. Misanthropy fuel in itself. Long story, but it's somewhere between jobs just stopped working out and I finally gave up trying (at least for now. I have a plan/idea but it's in the works.)

But anyway, I spend my days at a local public library and literally, actually read books. Like, great books. Classics, world literature, epic poetry, great novels, history, politics, like just actually read, towards actually gaining literacy/knowledge. Why not! Someone's got to...

Anyway, as I've been doing this some months, eventually you get to be recognized. My policy towards trusting people is give them a chance but don't take chances if things get weird.... Because they usually do. Because people are insane, stupid scum. I don't think personally that's "human nature"! I think it's more about crap culture and imbalanced power/resources, but for whatever reason, all I seem to find is insane idiots who can't seem to help themselves becoming psycho predators towards me. Sorry for the intense language. With trauma stuff it's the only way I know how to write about it. Trying to write it calmly doesn't reflect how I really feel, it doesn't come out right.

So this woman.... Ok check this out. First time meeting: Weird part is I noticed out of my peripheral vision what felt like a hater, like someone with an aggressive vibe towards me. Eventually I look, expecting some rough looking guy just kind of intense, but no it's this middle aged white woman and she doesn't actually look all that bad, kind of nice. I'm like, ok. I do trust my feelings, and I have experience to know when you get a vibe, it usually turns out to have some validity in some form, but don't always need to jump to assumptions about it. Just file it away as info.

Eventually, after like weeks, where she comes in the library during certain times, and of course I'm literally always there, she meets me at the exit and politely offers help if I ever need anything, obviously recognizing I'm homeless.

I take it respectfully. There's no reason to be embarrassed, it's just my life, and as I've said before, it's partially my choosing. If I wanted to focus on applying to jobs I'm sure I could find one eventually. Just sort of sick of being hired only for them to socially decide they don't actually want me there (seriously, this didn't used to be a problem. I've always been somewhat of an outsider/loner, but it didn't turn weird until past few years, where now every new workplace eventually acts like I'm some awful pathogen to purge) and I truly believe getting this humanist reading education might really help.

So I say thanks to her and genuinely decide to remember it as a possibility if there's an emergency.

Things go normal for a long time, weeks. Occasionally she offers again to help, which I respect because if I was serious about helping homeless people I would probably occasionally check in, and re-offer, just in case they were shy or anything else.

Then one time (maybe the third or fourth time she offers), I start to feel a little rude, feel like it would at least be polite to take a bottle of water from her, make her feel helpful (I always mess up this way, trying to be a nice guy for people, just wanting to give something positive/warm to the world, only for it to turn out to be a hook in my cheek) so one day I follow her out to her car (where this time she had said that's where she'd be if I wanted something) and we chat briefly. It's incredibly awkward. For one thing I haven't fucking spoken to anybody in months basically, because there's no one to talk to, so my conversational skills are basically nothing. And she seems a little scared or something.... So I wrap it up quick, take her hot bottled sweet tea (nice, but... It's a candy drink. I'm not ungrateful , there's a pattern coming.) Good deed done, I guess.

So slowly she starts, like, trying to warm up to me. I don't really know how it happened. I'm kind of accepting an attempt at a friendship because why not. Like I said I try to give people chances. I understand being curious, being drawn to people, it doesn't always have to be weird.

It's ok, it's nice to talk to someone, she's pretty nice, but she starts throwing weird ass curveballs with our interactions. And showing some ignorance...like, when comparing her assumption about my situation.... Not asking btw, just sharing her assumptions like it's fact... To other homeless people in the area, she says "at least I'm not like them" , something about "real freaks", like not going into full rant mode or anything, just kind of showing she's a dumbass and doesn't seem to know it. So I'm like ok ... Not dealing with a big brain here. That sucks, honestly. I really value people who have awareness, or at least have an open mind and a tendency towards asking and listening, instead of assuming and judging. But I know that's literally hard to do. It's hard to be smart, or everybody would be.

So whatever, I'm like... realizing this probably isn't a person that I'd be able to really get across to. It ends up being a pattern where she shows just enough curiosity to get what she wants to hear and then absolutely stops listening, even though she hasn't heard even 1% of the relevant info of what I had just STARTED to talk about... So that's.... Impossible. There's no way to talk to someone like that. There's no way to have a real friendship, at least by how I know how to conduct one.

Because it slowly starts to become this repeated "get a job" narrative. She slowly becomes this, "remind me" to get a job type person, and this isn't something I'm asking for at all. There's more, one time she rants about how I'm so good looking and could be dating... And one of those things where when you try to be like "listen ma'am, I'm not perfect, I have problems", she's like "oh don't we all", type response. I'm here with my shoes falling apart in front of her, I'm sure I smell at least a little bad as much as I try to do my best with hygiene, and obviously not great at conversation, obviously not great at asserting myself (it's not "confidence", it's taste- I don't believe in conversations being energy boxing matches where you have to "beat" someone into listening to you...) and just in general it's showing that every interaction is a breakdown. I'm not saying she's evil, I'm probably more evil pound for pound, but the personality/conversation Velcro is not sticking....

But I haven't blown up or anything, I havent argued or made a strong statement or anything, which I'm sure some people would say I should do, but again, it's not really my style unless it's like, genuinely important or a matter of something true or false (like I would correct a lie, or a factual misunderstanding). If people want to think a certain way, if they're not asking for my guidance in how to think, I'll offer only as far as it's being listened to. If they're not hearing it, I'll shut up. When people want to know something, they'll listen. And when they don't ... You can't scream to make them listen (and yes I've tried)

So, not hatefully, just naturally, because what else?... I stop talking to her. Again, not with spite. When she shows up (and now she's sitting next to me on the couch-seats of the library, ever single day, which gets a little weird) I greet her warmly and politely. But each time I try to say something, she keeps making it weird. I tried to treat her like a casual friend for a while, like just bantering lightly about weather or whatever, but I think it pissed her off that she wasn't able to feel superior to me when I talked to her like an equal? Right, because what ended that was when she shut down the conversation with "oh that would be a great place for you to get a job", but she said it weird.... It felt like she was trying to wrest back control of superiority, meanwhile I was literally letting basically a failed friendship be a totally light conversation thing. But she had to go specifically back to "job" with it. And it felt like it was a bit of a jab, as well. It felt aggressive. Hard to explain, but it stank up the "air" between us.

So, I drop the attempts at conversation. I just greet her. But then she starts making THAT weird. Formerly, she would smile warmly and naturally, it would just be a kind and normal greeting. Then one day she started playing these little timing games, like trying to make me feel awkward about how I was greeting her, like trying to make me feel like I was being too nice to her.

So I'm not trying to just keep getting colder and colder, I figure maybe she's just awkward, could be a number of things. Maybe just individual moods that day... So I keep greeting her my normal way even though she's making it difficult (which she continues to do, so it wasn't just a one-off) but then she starts in with weird fuckery with interacting with me. I sometimes put in my earbuds and play white noise to drown out the noise in the library while I read, and this is something she knows. She's seen me plenty of times click my earbuds or take them out to listen or talk. It's very obvious, not something you can miss. But she starts playing these apparent games with seeing how loud she has to speak without using gestures (literally just wave your hand in my line of sight.... But she doesn't do this, unless she ACTUALLY needs something) for me to hear her through my headphones. It starts to feel like straight up fucking with me, like for real bullying me, like some jock douche (she seems like some stuck up cheerleader bitch, back when her body wasn't a flat tire) , and that was just a few days ago, so I straight up stop greeting her or anything. If she greets me first I give her an even, polite return hello, but I'm no longer even making the polite pretense of checking in as a "friend", because as far as I'm concerned she's made it completely clear she's not my friend, just some kind of messed up energy predator who needs a hobby other than being a psycho screwing with homeless men in one of the only safe refuges they have....

But that's not even all.... She stalked me at my breakfast location a couple times. Totally weird. I can't even explain how it was weird. Just manipulative shit. Giving me weird gifts that sound sweet but they're weird and not helpful, and saying God told her to do it... No idea how she found me. Must have followed me. Weird to ask but she didn't volunteer the information either. Fuck I hate people bro.

But anyway, people are fucking trash. Feel free to give them chances, as I intend to continue to do- not gonna let some cynical, intellectual coward nutjobs turn me permanently bitter, because I think that's what they want- but remember not to be surprised when the pattern continues patterning. And stay sharp and trust your gut. Next time I meet someone like that I won't "politely" take up their offer to help unless it's truly an emergency.
