Submit scores or not?
3.5 GPA, 2 varsity sports, ACT superscore 26. Submit or no? Applying early decision binding.

That’s a typical score for Miami so I don’t see why not.

The absolute worse they can do is place you with regular admissions...go ahead and submit. It sounds like you've made up your mind...welcome to Miami.

I worked in admissions. Your GPA and ACT are both below average for Miami.

So are you suggesting not submitting scores?

If the parents are alumni who donate a lot of money you’ll get in

I am suggesting you better find some way to make yourself more desirable.

Regardless if you use it for admission, have it on hand for orientation, and if you’re doing STEM/health, submit it after acceptance bc as an advisor who doesn’t work orientation, but has to have students take math, chemistry, and physics, it actually can mess advising up if we don’t know your score early.

Just Google to see the average and if they are above that, submit them

Those are a bit low for Miami these days. Make sure you have shown interest and do r the visits if you decide to submit.

The demonstrated interest prong has been met! (This is for my son, not me) 🤣

I know someone who helps with admissions. I would not submit the ACT score.
