Do I need to kill it? Will it hurt me if I try and relocate?

Badumna sp. house spider
Definitely friend, eliminates many pest. Shy and gentle but can give you a painful bite if provoked

Grey house spider. I’ve got a few that hang outside the porch doors and nab all the mozzies that would otherwise come in.
They’re very shy and a big girl like this won’t leave her web or bother you. Leave her be.

It looks like it's outside your house so I wouldn't bother relocating it. Looks like a black house spider, they are pretty good at minding their own business.
