Needs some colour. Really hard to tell what’s water or land.

This needs a figure-ground pass at least once.

I can't tell where the land ends and water begins for any of this really.

Im kind of a newbie so a question, how do you apply a projection into the map you made?

if ur refering to the globe, make a 2:1 ratio map (equirectangular) and then search map to globe on google and click the one by panorama.ai

I think I can tell that you started in the bottom left area because some of the islands there were drawn with a much thinner pen tool lol

I think for next project you ought to try using your penmanship to draw texture to the land, maybe with colored pens (dark green hatchmarks for forest, a shadowed/highlighted ridgeline or clifface).
As-is you’ve drawn… probably literally over 10,000 unique islands(!!) because it adds a lot of texture to the map at a glance. However, 10,000 islands Is crazy talk. I think you can exercise your need for texture in a way that’ll also look better.

The globe looks pretty neat too! Just gotta make the water vs land a little more readable as others have said. I can tell the difference just not very easily
