Tip A Mac Apps Discord server?

Basically the title. It's been on my mind to create a Mac Apps Discord server. It would basically reflect this subreddit. I notice the primary types of posts in this subreddit are app promotions and app support requests. The latter could significantly benefit from a Discord server.

I'm not trying to replace the subreddit; rather, this server would be an addition to this community of indie devs and enthusiastic users. What are yall's thoughts?

unless the mods pin that link somewhere it just gets buried under the daily promo posts

Discord could help with the back-and-forth of troubleshooting. For support, though, I'd want devs to copy resolved issues into a public FAQ. Otherwise the next person searching for the same error has to join the server and ask again.

The sidebar already links one; maybe per-app forum channels there would be a good starting point? Otherwise we'll need a Mac app to manage our Mac app Discord servers.

A support channel would be useful. A stop-me-buying-another-menu-bar-app channel would be essential.

Only if there is a #what-is-that-menu-bar-icon channel. That could keep the server alive on its own.

The window manager debates are gonna need their own containment channel.
