this is my version of quick lunch since I already cook the chicken this morning so I can just toss everything on the pan and thats it... my husband's favorite, chicken quesadillas.

- Homemade tzatziki

- Chicken gyro with sliced red onions, tomato wedges, cucumber strips, shredded iceberg lettuce and sliced black olives, finished with tzatziki, dried oregano and lemon zest

A creamy soup with vegetables, chicken, and gnocchi.

Rigatoni with Bolognese sauce

Garnished with chives, parmesan, red vein sorrel microgreens and a drizzle of olive oil

Well served kenyan fish with "ugali"

A golden, clear broth.
The slices of white radish are almost translucent.
The dried shrimp gently bob up and down in the barely simmering soup.
Pale white steam keeps rising, carrying the aroma of lard, white radish, and dried shrimp throughout the room.
It feels like the whole house is being filled with warmth. ❤️
