So, after some years, I wanted to thank him and show you my unique tattoo.

His name is Tommy and I'm thrilled every time I see my arm.

Half of the people love it, the other half hate it, including my girlfriend.

But for me it's perfect.

2nd tattoo ever, also Tolkien related. Leaned more Silmarillion for this one. Needed something to look to in dark times to remind myself that even when things are about to be really bad, light will return to dispel the darkness!

Narsil and white tree of Gondor. Represents the hardships in life and hope , resilience. I might be Broken but not finished.

I’ve been thinking this over for a little while and if I can find the artist for it I’d love to get it.

Location: outer calf.

The idea is the balrog falling from the bridge of Khazad-dûm and slashing out with his fire lash. Instead of a depiction of Gandalf it would travel up my leg and wrap around my thigh. I’m curious if anyone would be willing to do a quick and dirty mock up to see if my idea is coming across as I intend.

So I want a tattoo of either a tower or a close of of some part, something that looks like a cathedral or a castle, preferably from lord of the rings, or based on a description. I was thinking Gondolin or Menegroth Ost-in-Edhil, Caras Galadhon or Imladris. The problem is I see mostly low or bad quality picture's so I don't know Maybe show a peace of a place and let the artist make the rest. I need ideas...help

Not so subtle Narsil on the face and slightly covert knuckle work. I’ve always joked about getting “Of Gondor” on my lower knuckles but it’s always fun to see the reactions from other fans when I explain that my knuckles are also LotR related.

My sister was recently diagnosed with breast cancer. She and I are big LOTR fans and have been since we were kids.

Looking for tattoo ideas to honor her battle. Something with imagery or symbols of love, bravery and strength from LOTR along with a pink ribbon.

I’m a male and would like to have it on my forearm or upper arm. I’ve never been the creative type. Any ideas are appreciated.
