As the title says... has anyone used a supplement that you've seen a noticeable difference in your older lab, with regards to joints and mobility, and even energy?

My girl just turned seven, and while I know a lot of supplements are just fluff that they get from their diet (confirmed by my vet*), I'm wondering if anyone has found any OTC product to be helpful?

For context, I'm in Canada, so unfortunately I'm limited to what I can get here.

*I showed her a supplement I had bought at our local raw food store, and she looked over the ingredients and said that my dog is getting all of them from her food, but if I noticed it making a difference then by all means, carry on with it - she's not one to pooh-pooh anything, unless it's detrimental, or not scientifically backed, but she will also find a way to tell me not to waste my money without saying it bluntly.
