Big plead

My brother and I own Left 4 dead 2 base game, But really want The Passing DLC in anyway, Could anyone PLEASE lend their account or anything for Xbox, I really want to play with him since he’s going away for the marines, I just really want to play with him before he’s gone for a while

Instead of asking for lending an account (which is unlikely) ,why don't you ask for people to give you the dlc folder that has the passing dlc? and since you haven't bought that dlc the folder won't work by just putting it in the game folder location, instead pack it into vpk file and put it in addons folder as mod, once you're done and launch the game the passing should appear as custom campaign.
