Supposingly she ran away with a guy named t and she is underage and should not be out on the streets Because it's not safe out there

Why does it seem like every jeep driver in this town is either a self entitled punk or a boomer who’s forgotten how to drive in the first place

Ain't never in my life have I seen someone so stupid. Guy turned without yielding and we almost hit him, laying on the horn, he held a switchblade out his window and shouted pull over, my partner held her .357 out the window and he suddenly remembered what state he's in and took the next right.

I'm just curious - if you are in a local band or know of a local band, drop the name and genre here. I feel like it's hard to hear about super underground local bands! It would be great to have band names all in one place.

If you have kids who will be on Fall Break next week, we have a lot of fun activities planned! You don't have to travel or spend a ton of money to have a ton of fun! We also have passive activities they can enjoy, and we have digital services like Kanopy and Hoopla so you can stream movies and TV shows if you're looking for a staycation.

Oh, we also have video games you can check out for free. Fall break is the perfect time to play through a game, and we have them for Switch, PlayStation and XBox.

I have been looking around at wedding venues and filled out a form on their website but never heard back. noticed that they havent posted on their facebook since around May and now the website is deactivated.

Anybody know if there is some kind of archery club or something in town or in a neighboring one? I used to do it as a kid but I really want to get back into it and am hoping to take it seriously as a pastime hobby/sport. Thanks!

Need some guac for my hot sauce 😋

The library is hosting a discussion on How to be a Better Citizen with the folks from Plain Civics Podcast. They'll join us at the library's main location, 220 N. Union St., on Tuesday, October 13 from 6-7:30 p.m. The event is free and open to adults and teens.

We do have a registration link, but if you don't register you should still feel free to join us. https://khcpl.libnet.info/event/16838335

Ok so the long post was a little convoluted and people didn’t get what I was asking. So my question is if this pans out and the city really does have $40-$50 million new tax dollars to allocate what would you want done with it?

My suggestions was a Kokomo Children’s Museum similiar to others in small to medium sized cities; and a Kokomo Zoo similar to what you find at Columbia Park in Lafayette or other small cities would only be a fraction of that new money and worthwhile for the community to attract and keep young families. Are there any quality of life initiatives that you would be interested in outside of using the money to lower the cost of living?

I'm taking a co-worker out for a drink tonight and I want to make a good impression. Nothing super fancy but not trashy either.

It's nothing romantic, just fun vibes. A place where we can let our hair down and relax after a long day.

Thank you in advance!

Hi! We posted here earlier this year when we released our song "A Millstone Burial". We have now released our 13 track album, alongside a full album Visualizer that we shot and edited ourselves. (We tried putting local landmarks in the video) We are only a 2 piece right now, but in the works of putting something together to hit the stages! (Looking for a drummer) Let us know what you think! Wed love to have feedback from the community and local metalheads! If you do like it, the links are in the description of this video! Thank you!

Hello,

A family member recently got into a wreck and needs a car on the cheap.

Any recommendations for a local used car dealer? Looking for something that won't fall apart, of course... But really need minimum price.

Likewise I suppose a good auto shop for a pre buy inspection.

Thank you all very much.

This event was heavily advertised for with signs on almost every corner. The event has come and gone but the signs remain littered around Kokomo. I’ve contacted the association inquiring if they have plans for removal of said signs and they’ve not responded. Do churches not have a greater moral responsibility? Aren’t they supposed to represent stewardship and respect for their neighbors? I know I shouldn’t be, but I’m bothered that they came and achieved what they wanted, and then skipped to the next town while leaving our city littered with their trash.

This may be a really stupid question, but I got my USPS informed delivery email for later today and one of the things coming in for me has the return address bing Howard Superior Court III Room 108. Not sure what it is. I don't remember where the last time I served Jury Duty where it came from. Is it a Jury duty letter? I don't think its a summons because I'd imagine a Sheriff come knocking on my door or something like that.
