Didn't expect a Streetlight Manifesto CD outside of streetlight and ska subs, awesome to see! Love the Blade Runner soundtrack as well. This is all excellent

Fun story about how I discovered Streetlight’s music…
Back in the summer of ’06, my best friend and I were working as camp counselors at an art camp in Idyllwild when we drove down to Anaheim to see Reel Big Fish and MxPx at Downtown Disney’s House of Blues.
We barely had flip phones. Heck, these two Oklahoma boys might’ve still been rocking bricks. But I had some cutting-edge GPS equipment: Microsoft Streets and Trips, with a GPS puck plugged into a laptop balanced on my friend’s lap. 😂
Even that sci-fi level of tech couldn’t save us from an overturned big rig that turned that Friday rush hour into an absolute nightmare. After crawling about two miles in an hour, I was convinced we’d miss the show. Somehow, we made it just in time and rushed inside to catch a couple of openers I’d never heard of, including Streetlight Manifesto.
I was hooked. Giving this vinyl a spin takes me right back.

Oh that's so cool, what an awesome memory to associate with the band. I bet you felt euphoric when you finally got there, and to see such great music too. I love Reel Big Fish, too - both them and Streetlight need to come back to the UK (for shows other than festivals)! I hope you enjoy relistening - and of course it's a vinyl, apologies, I misjudged the scale!

Batman Dark Patterns is a great read! I feel it gets a bit overlooked because Absolute just soaks up all the attention.
