Hey y'all! I just got the game, and having fun in the tutorials, but i started realizing that I don't know how big the enclosures should be for the dinos. I know that smaller is better in the beginning when all you have is a few dinosaurs and limited visibility for the park visitors, but then the enclosures should be bigger as the park increases in its capacity, but I don't know what's too small or too big.

For example, I put a few Camarasauruses in an enclosure and they immediately started panicking, and I think it's because the enclosure was too small for them. However, they kept panicking even when I expanded the enclosure little by little.

Edit: I realize now the reason why the Camarasauruses were so panicky was because of the tiny Dilo running around.

Please can somebody tell me how to jet JPOG? ive been trying but im really not tech savy

I’ve finally worked up the courage to sort through a large plastic tote that has been sealed since 2005. This note is just one of many small memories that were hidden inside. I think I wrote “02” for the year because it was still early in 2003 and I forgot to write the new year. (I’m sure that we’ve all made that mistake at least once!)

What if JPOG had continued to get expansion packs or sequels? This JWE3 build aims to give a glimpse in to what that could have looked like....

What I have done.

-Reworking all fences meshs. everything is good.

-Reworking path Tracing and Finding for the Dinosaurs. Now they see and walk in diagonals angle without being stuck on fence.

-Adding Diagonal Placement for paths.

-Adding Path Tracing and Path Finding to Visitor System.

-Reworking Water Shader to be closer with the Xbox one, adding back ripples from dinosaurs, and improving noise map for the water grid.

-Reworking Sky/Water limit in shader by improving dome geometry

-Reworking all the DrawDistances in engine.

-Reworking Shadows.

-Increase JPOG Engine memory from 2Go to 4Go

What I need to do.

-Improving Tiles for Diagonal Paths.

-Some Diagonals Paths are not registered in .sav

-Some interpenetrations between mesh such as viewing gallery when Diagonals are close to their Angles.

-Diagonals paths seems to not be registered as ground 0, so visitors can go downward when walking on them. (Interesting to know that visitors can go Up and Down and it will be used later: (Bridge))

What's Next:

-Clouds / Mist and Fog have some dead code where all fonctions are ready to be reactivated. and they can be controlled by Weather.ini

-Terrains during generations have 10 hided parameters such has Height, Beach, Canyon that I want to look at.

-Terrains Textures and Shaders.

-Terrain Shadows and Bump Mapping.

-Map Scale.

-Light system will be completely changed, with Highlights, Depth, and Ambient Occlusion directly being computed from the engine.

I got the game a little while back but was unable to get it to work on my laptop and I can’t find anything to help me figure out how to run it. Is there a mega-thread or forum post somewhere that could help me get it to run?

I know it's a little corny but, I want to buy a gale force umbrella, does anyone know how to open the model for it or know what it says or is supposed to say in the white lettering on the umbrellas opened by visitors in the game?

Windows 11. The game freezes, and I have to exit out, then come back, then it's just fine for a few minutes, rinse and repeat. It's getting really annoying.

I have been looking for the full cache for JPB because I've been meaning to play it with the unofficial offline servers. It requires the full cache, so If you have it please dm me please and thank you.

I'm looking for an arctic terrain mod that also came with a desert and something like a jungle mod. I believe it was a Jurassic World Fallen Kingdom (JWFK) Terrain Expansion. But even though JWFK mod is still downloadable, the terrain expansions aren't.

I would really appreciate it if someone who has those could upload them somehow.

Hello everyone I hope you are well, I got a copy of JPOG on my computer and im editing the constant.ini file to remove some limitations, one thing I was wanting to change is how many digsites are unlocked per star, that way I could get all 9 in a play through, but I can’t find anything directly and dont want to start changing numbers randomly, anyone know how to do this, thanks in advance

Im pretty sure the textures for the new dinosaurs are stored in the same matlib files that replaces DJE's, reverting them to essentially their original texture

Originally I went to my local retro Game store to find some 360 games that I wanted to add to my collection (it still hurts to say the Xbox 360 is retro now) and while I was there I found JP:OG. Which is crazy because it is in very good condition with the manual and it was only for like 90 bucks which I've only found this game online for like $120 or more for the game and the manual. And because I'm more of a frequent at this store, the owner let me get away with all this for $100

I have always wanted this game since I was a little kid but never have. I actually had the original Xbox until very recently but my original Xbox is boxed up right now since I'm about to go to college so I got to wait until I can mail my Xboxes down there. It's tantalizing
