From the trilogy of Arkham games plus origins, to The Dark Knight, Batman 89, BTAS, the 60s Batman or whatever else. Not which joker is best, just your personal favourite

From the comics, to the Arkhamverse games, to the DCAU to Injustice, everyone is used to seeing Joker always abusing Harley and seeing her as a pawn while she loves him despite the fact its clearly not mutual.

Its oddly nice in Lego Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight to see them actually having a healthy relationship and be equals. This is actually pretty consistent across the Lego versions of their characters, in the other video games and the movie too but this one being recent stood out to me. In DC Supergirls and the 2004 Batman show, it was also less abusive compared to other versions.

Joker: I said someone has to get off her fat ass and work around here!

Harley:... Just because you didn't get to be a comedian-

Joker: I AM a f#cking comedian! I'm just stuck doing sh#t shows cuz someone won't get off her fat f#cking ass and help me!

Harley: I'm not your wife.

Joker: Stay in character!

Harley tries to get off the chair

Joker: Stay in character!

Harley: I've never even met her!

Joker: STAY IN CHARACTER!

Harley: F#CK YOU!

Joker:.... What did you say?

Okay, bear with me, because she is technically a version of the Joker, as she took on the title in an Elseworlds series. She is better known, however, as the Joker's Daughter, even though she's not really that, either. In the early comics, she was Two-Face's kid, then the Joker of Earth 3's kid, then in the retcon no villain's kid, but just someone who wanted an adventure and eventually got tired/scared of the danger and retired. I see so much potential in that character. Her love of claiming to be someone else's kid could be turned into a love of disguises. Her dimension-hopping habits could make her almost like a version of Booster Gold. I'd like to see her back with Red Hood and the Outlaws or even a Teen Titans' villain turned ally.

Just wondering

I want to print more DC characters ❤️

Well, I think I finally have Joker fatigue. The character appears in almost every Batman story, even if the story isn't about him, and it's just gotten boring. Fanfiction and Elseworlds haven't really helped, either. Any suggestions? I thought maybe focusing on Batman's other stories and rogues might help, but I'm not really sure.

Edit: Thanks. Earth 3 Joker, and really the whole Earth 3 ensemble, appear to be a take on Batman fresh enough to relieve my fatigue. I also enjoyed Year One.

Just picked him up for a great price online. Really love his sculpt along with the amount of accessories he comes with.

My only gripe is his feet and ability to stand on his own is really bad. More so than other McFarlane figures i own.

joker vs world horrer smile

My favourite villain is the joker, I think he’s the best Batman villain and is very entertaining to read/watch, but has anyone ever had the same issues I have with him nowadays? Nowadays he just feels like some generic horror villain, he doesn’t feel like the theatrical and dramatic showman that I love. I prefer when he is a goofy and funny guy doing these horrible things. Making him act scary in my opinion lowers the scariness of the character.
