Discussion Most fun I’ve had in recent memory
Stupid water map with the dam
Two points of Pier One and Distribution Center. Command fucked off and set up a HAV at the damn and squad was the only one taking points. I had to set an emergency HAV between the two points with boats after we lost our second and soon our first point. Ops had capped Pier One just as we neutralized Distro Center. We rushed back to Pier One and take it.
Ops had set up a HAV in Distro. I had my squad and another with me. We set off on foot and got to the oil silo right before Distro. Told our guys to resupply in the downed logi before the attack. Command pulls up with a Vic with a machine gun and I asked him to support our assault. The enemy was fortified so I told our guys that when we go over this ridge to spread out then pop smoke and directly on the enemy positions.
We get onto the ridge and all hell breaks loose.
The whole server is there. Bullets are flying and bodies begin to drop. I give this signal and we pop smoke. I peak my head up and see the conditions are optimal.
I yelled “Charge! Chaaaarge!” And our whole team stormed the building.
It was chaos. Friendly mixed with ops. CQB. We took the bay doors but hadn’t started capping. Commander drove the Vic in the building and let loose. People were dropping like flies but we had damn good medics. Props to SilverMedic and Jose. I told her guys to take the high ground and we rushed the stairs. That’s when the tide changed in our favor. Jet fuel found the enemy radio and dropped it. And we cleared the resistance then slowly we secured Distro.
It was damn good fun. The teamwork and coordination along with the realism is exactly why this is my favorite shooter. Working together is what makes this game great
Thank yall for the great memories 🙏
