Sightseeing Flying Over Mount Fuji
Took this photo in October on my flight from Tokyo Narita to Macau. We flew right over Mount Fuji, and I was honestly blown away by the view.

The pufferfish lantern of Shinsekai, Osaka (before its removal)
RIP Zuboraya and its giant pufferfish lantern.
Tsūtenkaku is a fantastic landmark in its own right, especially when lit up at night. Looks great in all sorts of colours, though blue is still king.
The last three pics show the tower from angles without the pufferfish. Still in disbelief the lantern is gone for good. It's just different without the fish.

Need Some Help Identifying These Locations (Found expired film)
I bought an old film camera from a thrift store 2-3 months ago. Inside was a roll of expired Kodak 400TX that was partially shot. I developed the roll last night and was surprised to find photos of Japan. It’s hard to tell but I think these are in Kyoto? I think I recognize the Golden Pavilion in a photo. If someone can help ID the locations I would be so grateful.

Gion-kaku (Kyoto, 1927) is a tower with two levels on a high stone base. Designed by Ito Chuta, it replicates, in massive size, one of the Yamahoko floats of Kyoto's Gion Matsuri. The copper roof features a slender spire with a finely sculpted crane covered in five gold layers (I include detail).

Architecture Katsuo-ji Temple, Osaka
galleryKatsuo-ji is a temple in Osaka that’s well-known for its prayers to help you overcome challenges, ace exams, win competitions, or succeed in business. The most striking feature is the tiny red Daruma dolls that are everywhere in the temple.
The entrance fee for adult is 500 yen. Plus, you’ll receive a postcard that you can stamp at different spots along the temple path. Once you’ve filled in all six stamps, you’ll have a lovely picture to take home!
Getting to Katsuo-ji is a breeze: hop on the red metro line, Midosuji Line, and ride it all the way to Minoh-Kayano Station. From there, take bus number 30, which is right in front of the station, and it’ll take you about 20 minutes.
It takes about 1-2 hours exploring the temple, snapping photos, and enjoying the vibe

Nature Mountainous and heavily forested Iya Valley (Tokushima)
Manneken Pis (peeing boy) statue on the edge of the 200 meters (600-feet) cliff in remote Iya Valley. Synanimous with Brussels, the statue was built in 1968 to commemorate the bravery of young boys who relieved themselves on the cliff edge.
Kazurabashi: historic suspension bridge made from woven vines, 45 meters long and 14 meters above the river. I am a bit scared of heights so I was pleased to cross it.
Oboke Gorge: sightseeing boat to view marble gorges..
Hinoji Bend: viewpoint to see Iya River makes a sharp, horseshoe V-shaped bend.
