Beginners pottery class?

Hello everyone! My parents are big lovers of The Great Pottery Throw Down and are always talking about how much they’d love to give it a go.

Does anyone have any recommendations for a beginners pottery class in or around Ipswich? Would love to gift them a class for Christmas :)

Try Katies pottery studio at Leiston.
She does a two hour introductory session for a maximum of 2 people.
Really good.

Took my husband there as a Christmas gift, two hour session, had a thoroughly enjoyable time!

Came out with some decent bowls (well, for first timers anyway).

Definitely recommend

We very recently did a two hour pottery class (complete beginners!) with Victoria @ Kiln Cottage Pottery. We made two mugs, a vase and a bowl between us! She was a fab teacher. Highly recommend!

I’ve heard good things about Honeypie Handmade in IP3. Let me know if you check it out and if it’s any good.
