Lisa Kudrow starred on a show called Web Therapy that ran for 4 seasons from 2011-2015. And all of the main cast members of Friends (minus Jennifer Aniston) guest starred for several episodes. However she approached Lisa Kudrow before the series got cancelled.

Discussion The way Ross was treated in “The One With The Screamer” really makes no sense

The gang not believing Ross when he told them about Tommy having an angry temper will always bother me. For staters, loads of people have angry tempers and will snap over minor little things. So I don’t see why they found that so hard to believe. Then there’s the fact that the gang has known Ross long enough to the point where they should damn well known that he would NEVER make up something like this.

Their argument and logic for why they don’t believe Ross is ridiculous. So they think Ross is lying about Tommy having an angry temper so then Rachel would leave him and then Ross could have Rachel all to himself. That makes zero sense. If Rachel dumped Tommy, she wouldn’t automatically get back together with Ross. She would just continue being single.

To top it all off, when the gang walks in on Tommy yelling at the ducks towards the end of the episode and realize that Ross was telling the truth, they never apologize to him. Seriously, why were the writers of this show so against apology scenes? They really couldn’t have spared 30 seconds to have the gang say “Hey, we’re sorry we didn’t believe you” to Ross?

Apologies for the bad quality, but that is Ben sitting next to Ross at the kids table. He's in the credits too. He doesn't do anything other than giggle at Ross for the fart noises.

Discussion They addressed how expensive the apartment had to be even in the first season

I think the number one common complaint, criticism, or nitpick, of the show is the question of how they afforded that big expensive apartment. Obviously, in season three they explain it with the rent control stuff, but it’s cool to see that even in season one people were wondering about that

I was gonna do one with Joey Porsche, but I found one that’s even better. Who drives a car with an American flag all over it. Where did he get one of those that’s awesome.

Anything that is referenced in episodes by one of the characters but not seen on screen. (Non sexual because sexual stuff is a bit obvious)

Chandler and Ross in a vanilla ice lookalike contest

Ross learning to be a ballet dancer in the main flat, before the girls moved in to it

Joey with a bunch of Irish people drinking boddingtons (when they got back from London)

Question Mike or David? Or.. Joey?

As much as I love Paul Rudd, I always thought Phoebe should’ve ended up with David. They had a relationship the whole show basically and he absolutely adored her.

I know a lot of people wanted Phoebe and Joey to end up together.

Who do you think Phoebe should’ve ended up with?

Throwback I completely forgot how WILD this Thanksgiving episode was.

I completely forgot how this Thanksgiving episode played out 😂 Monica tries to seduce Chandler to make up for calling him fat, but things go horribly wrong and he loses part of his toe. Feeling guilty, she shows up with a turkey on her head to cheer him up… and Chandler accidentally tells her he loves her before immediately trying to take it back. 😂❤️

Am I the only one who forgot how all these events led to Chandler saying “I love you”? 😂

And honestly, which part makes you laugh more: Monica putting the turkey on her head, or Chandler trying to take back what he just said? 👀

I always thought they used the same actress twice! I believe Elaine was the single mom at the pediatrician and Missi was the date with the black light posters.

Discussion Matthew Perry’s is so good at being Absent and Present

Post image
24 Upvotes

I wrote a post here before that I couldn’t get used to the fact that Matthew Perry passed away. I have deleted the post because a user said it’s over rated to say that about an actor I never met.
I am sorry I have deleted the post; and it’s a different account anyway. But; The truth is; I still Can’t get used or coexist with the fact that Matthew or Chandler Bing is not here anymore to complain about anything.
Thank you Matthew for Chandler Bing ❤️ ; we owe you priceless laughters and get togethers for it.

Discussion The absolutely single funniest scene or line in the show to you?

For me, it comes from Phoebes Birthday dinner, when Ross and Rachel are locked out of the apartment and Emma is left inside alone, and Rachel begins to spiral in anxiety and Ross responds with

"Oh my god, you know what, yeah, I think you're right. I think... listen, listen... A pigeon, a pigeon. No, no wait, no, no, an eagle flew in. Landed on the stove and caught FIRE! The baby, seeing this, jumps across the apartment to the mighty bird's aid. The eagle, however, misconstrues it as an act of aggression and grabs the baby in its talons. Meanwhile the faucet fills the apartment with WATER. Baby and bird still ablaze are locked in a death grip, swirling around in the whirlpool that fills the apartment!"

It's just great, so hilarious.

…”Pants off Bing!” is what I’m saying to my six month old baby almost daily now whenever his diaper needs changing. Can’t help myself.

Am I the only one?

I always say this: for those who view Ross as the toxic one, Rachel is just as toxic, if not more so.

Question Question about a something phoebe says that's always confused me

In the one without the ski trip, when they're all stuck at the rest stop, phoebe calls Ross for help, she whispers to so that Rachel doesn't hear her. When Ross asks her why she's whispering, she says in a kind of croaky voice that she ate a bug.

This always bugged me ( no pun intended) as how would that explain why she's whispering? And why does she say it in such a croaky voice? Can eating bugs cause voice loss, or am I missing something?

Cool little throwback photoshop I found, thought I would post. They all look great if not a little eccentric, I like the Duk style, very emblematic of the 90s
