Posting Why do I need mod approval for every post?
Every time I post in subreddits, it doesn't go live until I message the mods and ask them to approve it. Happens again every single time.
Does it stop once I build more karma/history?
Anything I can do to fix it?
Am I risking a mute by messaging mods repeatedly?
Not trying to spam just wanna understand how this works.
Thanks.

Because a lot of subs want to maintain their post quality. Just find subs without such moderation, there are plenty of them.

You already have considerable karma. But a subreddit can set requirements even higher. It's possible that greater account age could be a requirement.
Check your CQS:
https://www.reddit.com/r/WhatIsMyCQS/
Post there putting "What is my CQS" in the title.
Your profile is curated so I don't know where you're posting or in how many subreddits, which might give clues if very high requirements are likely.
Most subreddits don't have high requirements or require approval on all posts, but some do, and any can have those at any time for any reason (such as a bot attack defense).
2. The cause is unknown so it's impossible to say.
3. Yes, possibly. Moderators are individuals, they have wide authority to moderate as they want, some choose to be petty. There are subreddits that ban when users ask for approval, I ran across that in their rules. The nature of the subreddit and the moderating styles are the best clues to the likelihood. Some moderators choose to ignore the requests, some may not get to them all.

It's showing lowest CQS how do I fix this?? And I got shadowbanned in the past but Reddit fixed everything after I appealed.

Even after an appeal is won, CQS remains crashed to lowest. I guess that encourages more "engagement".
Get up voted, build karma, stay out of trouble, these are the things to do. Use subreddits with lower requirements until it's built back up:

Hi, you can very likely improve your CQS in about two minutes just by verifying your email. Here’s info:
Your CQS is currently “lowest“.
Since many subreddits require a CQS rating of “moderate” or better, that CQS rating would explain post/comment removals and will prevent you from posting many places on the platform, and limit DM and chat functions.
There is something easy you can do to help your CQS improve, pretty quickly. Verify your email. Verified email is beneficial, it secures your account, helps to pacify the Reddit filters, and strengthens your CQS, all essential for posting, DM and chat functions. No promises, but many people find their CQS rises by one level almost immediately after officially verifying their email. It’s quick and easy to do and you end up with a nice trophy for your profile page.
How to verify your email:
Go to profile page, settings, username, change/verify/add email. fill in your email even if you are just replacing it with the same address. Reddit will send a link to that email address, when you click the link and Reddit confirms, they will place a “verified email“ badge/trophy on your profile page. Sometimes it takes two or even three quick tries before the badge appears and makes it official.
Shortly after, you can recheck your CQS and see if it has bumped up. You can check that here: r/WhatIsMyCQS.
LMK if you run into trouble or when you are successful, if your CQS bumps up a level shortly after. HTH.
