Hey guys, it's Mendy, owner of Tactical Surplus USA. I know this isn't the typical deal post here, but i feel i owe the community an apology.
Since 2022 we've been active here on gundeals, and gained the trust and business of many of you since then. We've had massive growth as a company in the last few years, and it's definitely had it's learning curves and struggles along the way.
In the recent months, we dropped the ball big time, and i want to apologize. We've been so focused on new projects and growth channels (within the business), that we totally neglected, and lost our core focus, which was our excellent and quick customer service. Responses were delayed, refunds were delayed, some orders shipped out slower, and overall the experience on-site dropped.
As an owner, we're always looking for ways to grow the business, but i've learned a valuable lesson: Focusing on your core business, principles & customers always has to be #1 priority, growth will follow.
I am here to apologize for losing sight of our core, which is you guys, our amazing customers, and promise to put all efforts and resources into making sure communication is prompt, and every customer leaves our site with a positive experience.
