Anyone else having problems signing into stu view? Whenever I do it just signs me out. D2l and outlook work just fine so I’m wondering if it’s just a stu view issue

Enough with how the programs are. How are the actual people that go to George brown. More specifically in the business programs. Be brutally honest.

Are the specs posted for a laptop for construction engineering tech really necessary? I don’t see the need for 144hz? Can anyone speak from experience?

Everything's fine except for the amount of unnecessary assignments on top of going to clinical for full time hours.
I find the courses to be much easier, the courses are easier but it's just the amount of assignments that need to be done on top of clinical, work and my personal life it takes some time to getting adjusted. Good thing though this semester goes by so fast and they aren't as strict with due dates as compared to previous semesters.
I work 12 hour shifts 4X one week
And the next week I work 12 hour shifts 2x a week.

Anyone else finding the ECE program to lack correct info on deadlines, unclear expectations, unclear schedule.

A lot of info my cohort has received has been entirely wrong or has been corrected well after the information was needed (after a deadline).

Its making getting ready for field work, managing exams and midterms, a real hassel.

We have sections of our courses from 2017 or later, while the orientation slides ect all had the wrong dates, ( the important dates for paramed ect)

Some professors dont even use the brightspace, we were given a google documents link?!

I am a dental hygiene student currently completing my final semester of dental hygiene school, and I am looking for clients to help me fulfill my clinical requirements in order to graduate!

I am especially looking for:
🦷 Clients who have not had a professional dental cleaning in 5+ years
🦷 Clients with visible buildup/tartar on their teeth

📅 Appointment Times:
• Thursdays: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
• Fridays: 3:00 PM–7:00 PM

📍Location: 28 Vanley Cres, North York, Ontario

⏰ Appointments are approximately 4 hours long, as they are completed as part of my clinical training under the supervision of licensed dental professionals. Complete treatment may take anywhere from 4-6 appointments.

Hi there! Is there any study group for nursing students in George brown waterfront campus ?

As stated on the website, the winter 2027 delivery is as follows: Semester 1, 2, 3 (On Campus), Semester 4 (Hybrid). However, I've been reading conflicting comments on here about how you get a semester break after semester 2 in the RPN program. Can someone please clarify this? So you do semester 1 (January to April 2027), semester 2 (May to August) and then you get a break from September to December, then semester 3 would be January to April 2028, then semester 4 would be May to August 2028?

The domestic tuition is $4,942.00. Is this cost per semester, or the total for one full year (semester 1 and 2), meaning the tuition for one semester would be half of that ($2471)? Though I know you still have to consider other costs like textbooks and stuff.

For anyone who was recently accepted, I’d love to know:

- What was your GPA or admission average?

- Did you complete Pre-Health at George Brown or apply with high school grades?

- If you took Pre-Health, what GPA did you have when accepted?

- Did you get in on your first try?

- What year were you admitted?
