I wish I could post collages in this sub, because I have so much more to show you guys.

(Taken by me, it's one of my favorite pieces in my collection :>)

From Gooderham, Ontario, Canada.

This fascinating piece has so much going on!

Dartmoor granite outcrop. There are over 160 Tors on Dartmoor, in Devon, S W England. I love hiking in and about.

I had the opportunity today visit a Variscite deposit in the Western United States, and I wanted to share!
Variscite is a relatively rare mineral of hydrated aluminum phosphate, with its green coloring from small amounts of chromium.

Not the best camera nor backlight, but thought I'd share.

Found it in the Finger Lakes, Upstate NY. Found among a gravel driveway. Really curious as to what this might be! Reminds me of a star fragment from animal crossing haha.

Was digging sprinkler lines and came across this oval rock with a giant crack. I was able to break it apart with a soft hit with a hammer. What is it?
