Are Cupertino home prices causing a decline?
Development mix matters especially affordable family apartments and townhomes. Cupertino's high density plan should look at the impact housing development is having on the family dynamics and where young families are moving in the Fremont Union High School District.

What is the FUHSD Pipeline?
Monta Vista can hold steady, but won't grow. Lynbrook is in trouble; the pipeline is too small.
Cupertino Union overall: Down 29% since 2015–16 (18,948 → 13,486), flat near 13,500 since 2022–23, projected ~12,900 by 2029–30.

Long Term Student Pipeline Trends
Across FUHSD, only one high school is projected to keep pace with replacing graduating seniors. This pipeline trend is directly tied to the quantity and quality of developments in the Cupertino, Sunnyvale, and West San Jose areas.
