Homemade Attempt number two
In yesterday’s post I cremated my fry-up, so I made another one. Let’s see if this one pleases the masses a bit more than yesterday’s. 😂
Beans are my version of cowboy beans: red onion, half a tin of beans and sausages with the sausages mashed up, barbecue sauce, turmeric, paprika, pepper and Worcestershire sauce.
Tomatoes: fried on both sides for five minutes, then topped with salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, honey and chilli flakes. Grilled while the rest of the breakfast cooked.

Good job! For me it’s lacking bread, but maybe that’s an Irish thing. Other than that you’ve got my vote!

Food looks fantastic but there’s something wrong with your tea

Green tea with lemon, ginger and honey, and a cup of homemade bone broth. I was a heavy coffee drinker with lots of sugar, im very happy that ive managed to make my go to drink a lot healthier amd now i dont add any refined sugar to my diet. Until I start making brownies again.

Ignoring the tea and lack of fried bread, it's spot on.

Thank you, im on a bit of health journey so had to find cleaner drinks i enjoy that doesn't need 2 sugars. Green tea, with a few slices of ginger, lemon and a teaspoon of honey. Its a a drink I can consume without feeling guilty. I absolutely adore a milky sweet coffee tho 😍

looks really good.. i dont usually say that.. usually ive got criticism.. but i cant find any here.. and finally someone knows you need more than one or two sausages.. and the mushroom volume is adequate..nice job
if you like to alt the beans.. a version i like is to put coconut milk through them with cajun spices, although its probably tooo exotic for this dish.. works better with mash potato and sausages/pork chops and veg
