General Discussion Rewatching
Just began rewatching after at least a decade. The level of detail from the get go is amazing.

I started my fifth rematch (I know, rookie numbers) with my girlfriend (it's her first) and she's really liking it

Yesterday just started a rewatch on The Strain. The first episode is quite similar to Fringe pilot. On the second episode there is a guy dying to the main vampire at the airport and his name is Peter Bishop. Nice easter egg and nod to Fringe from Benicio and the writers

I've watched a few episodes of Strain, and the first episode reminded me of Fringe, too, but I didn't know about this direct reference to Fringe! The concept of becoming a vampire in Strain was interesting, but then the series became too over-the-top in the later episodes and lost its initial charm, and at a certain point I stopped watching Strain.

I stopped during season 4 because I moved to another country, starting now with the wife...

I just finished my 4th full series re-watch and had a blast! Was amazed how much I forgot, how much I relearned, and the fact that THIS go around I actually enjoyed S5 story. I must be getting older bc I used to HATE S5 lol. I’ll be back for this show in about 4y.
