Looking for a proxy server that allows streaming of French TV to the US. I've tried several free ones, but none of them seem to work.

This is for an Expat friend; her husband wants to get her access to her home country's entertainment for christmas. I tried a few free proxies, but could not view shows from this site at all, and am hoping y'all can help me out. Thanks!

Yes, I am looking for a paid proxy which is guaranteed to allow viewing of the link in my post. I don't want to pay for one and find out it doesn't work however, so I'm asking the experts here.

Pick one here: http://www.start-vpn.com/tag/1-month/+ip-France/?type=0&orderby=meta_value&key=hits&order=desc&aff=1

I personally haven't used any of them but I guess they don't look too sketchy
