Question Need help picking a work flashlight.
I work on generators manually testing them and taking them apart.
Need something pocket sized, with a magnetic function, preferably 350LU and up, with a strobe function to get someone attention in case of an emergency. Would also be nice to have a laser pointer. I’ve been looking myself and the closest thing I have found is this Klein Tools light, but wanted to get some outside input. Thank you for any advice

Olight ArkPro is probably your best bet here. Durable, flood, spot, laser, UV if you want that, good output. They’re pretty popular with trades for a reason.
The Olight Clip 2 would also be worth a look if you can do without the laser pointer. Same features and UI as the ArkPro but in a different form factor. Bendy head, twisty clip, magnet on the tail and the back. Fantastic option for hands-free use. Clip it to a hat/shirt or stick it to something metal and away you go.

FYI a true "eye safe" <5mW laser is essentially useless in sunlight at any distance beyond 5 feet. Doubly so if it's any color other than green. Unless that's for indoor/night time use, I'd strongly reconsider the need for a built in laser, as this will dramatically limit your number and quality of options.
Arkpro Ultra does everything you asked including the laser. It's somewhat expensive for the light it provides, has high color temperature, has low CRI, has mediocre tint, has no user replaceable/swappable batteries, and the magnet, while extremely strong, may have trouble coping with anything less magnetizable than 1/16" mild steel due to the long 5 inch body (hehe).
But it's got a nice and easily operated flood/throw combo. And I find the beams to be pleasant enough and decent enough in tint/cri/cct for satisfactory use. The other side of the "meh" CRI/CCT/tint coin is efficiency, and it seems fairly efficient. And it has a UV emitter with ZWB filter, which is super nice if you need UV. The flat profile makes it a bit more pocketable than "smaller" 21700 lights like the Emisar D4K.
Let us know if you can do without the laser, as that gives you better options for runtime/brightness/cost/battery. Also let us know if you prefer right angle or traditional. And how much flood or throw you want from the beam.
