Personal loan to pay off debt?

So here's my question:

I have $11,295.44 in debt (2 loans and 7 credit cards). Should I continue to pay them all off individually, OR would it be better (in regards to interest) to pay them all off with a personal loan and then make one monthly payment on the personal loan?

27F I might’ve made a mistake of purchasing my dream car (2021 Dodge Scat Pack) just because I was able to obtain it. I already have a paid off 2019 Nissan Altima that needs some cosmetic repairs and a AC fix up. Unfortunately I didn’t know how much of a luxury it was to have a paid off car and how much money I could be saving if I just stuck it out with her. The Challenger is more convenient during the hot seasons where I’m at because of cloth seats and his strong the AC is I love that car but the expenses make it hard to save.

The frequency of oil changes was unexpected. Gas was expected. My insurance isn’t too bad like 250 a month. My car note is high 750 which i’m planning to refinance when I get a chance. 198 for my warranty.
I make 26 dollars an hour.

Should I get rid of her? How hard would it be? Any advice on what I should do? Should I stick it out?

My original plan was to use it as motivation to build my business up (that I already dropped a 2000 and counting mentorship on 😭 )and also give my old car to my sister for school but I wasn’t taking into account all the extra money I could be having to invest in my business from the get go. I didn’t have anyone to tell me it wasn’t a good idea either. I kinda wish I could go back but you live and you learn..
