How do I find them

I am 31 Female and I'm feeling really lonely and isolated in my relationship.

My fella works hard and when he isn't at work during the week his Dad (who's super sweet) is retired and keeps booking all his weekends up: it's the morning and then I get my boyfriend in the afternoon / evening when hes exhausted so we stay in and game. Its becoming... unenriching.

It feels like I'm an afterthought and I dont like that feeling but I can be busy so it doesn't end up with me just doing the chores and being alone.

I am missing out on the things I like to do and I'd love to make friends locally so we can play pool, maybe go for hikes or even just a coffee here and there
